Edelweiss Art Hotel

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and attentive to details. Room was clean and had what we needed. Location was great as well. It was a beautiful art gallery hotel. They were accomodating as well by letting us have our breakfast at 7am instead of 7.30am as we needed to leave at 7.30am.

There lot of choice for restaurant nearby, close to convenient stores. Breakfast was minimal style but it’s ok for starting of the day. Old hotel but well maintained.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and very comfortable, we really had a good rest. The room has everything you need, such as hangers, place to store your belongings, a fridge and complementary water and tea. We used their laundry service and our clothes were clean and soft. The service is amazing, they helped us book a taxi to go to the airpor, answered all our questions and always tried to help us. The location is convenient, you can easily reach by walk the main tourists' spots and restaurants. Very tasty breakfast, although it's not a huge buffet, I found that there was still quite few options and have healthy options, even for people like us who do not usually have savory breakfast. I loved their overnight porridge and muffins. If I ever come back to UB I will stay again at this hotel.

The room is rather small, staff are not friendly at all (except the young man at reception), breakfast is simple and need a lot of improvements. Hotel is old and need upkeep.

Comfortable rooms, good service

Friendly welcome. Ulaanbaatar is a horror when it comes to traffic and getting here from airport took three hours! No fault of the hotel—which was clean, central and gave a warm welcome. There is no elevator but only two floors. Room was spacious and clean—nothing fancy but obviously newly renovated. Bed was very comfortable. Had a nice little balcony. Breakfast was rather simple and basic. Very near Shangrila Mall. Overall a good choice for the price.

Lovely and great first impression of hotel. Location was great and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could’ve been better with more selection.It was my first time in Mongolia and I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
