The smell is very heavy. The cleaning aunt said that no one was living for a few days. It was normal...I was speechless. Later, the room was changed and the bathroom smelled very strong. There were hair everywhere. I saw that the cleaning aunt cleaned the room and they only charged us. We didn’t clean the floor when we changed the trash to the bath towels. So when we checked in, there was a lot of small trash on the bedside table of the washbasin. The water washed away when we took a shower. The smell was very heavy. Looking down, it was all trash and all hair. The housekeeping aunt is blocked and it’s not easy to clean. Advise the hotel to replace the housekeeping aunt and find someone who is diligent and don’t pretend to do things. The sanitation part really needs to be improved. The smell of the room is too heavy. I can’t stand it.

衞生：衞生不行，一次性拖鞋裡有蟲子乾屍，枕頭與被子上肉眼可見的東西扣都扣不掉。
Wi-Fi信號不好，外出回到房間都是一股發黴的味道！不值這個價位

24凌晨四點回到酒店，酒店前台在接電話。我選擇了酒店商品，（兩瓶飲料）拿出房卡告知他房號，前台不理，走到電梯門口又喊我，態度極其惡略，問拿了什麼東西。總之態度極其惡劣。

房間差的要死，入住一股味道也就算了，旅遊旺季，想賺錢可以理解，桌子上有油，我自己擦，將就一下也可以，但是服務態度真的很差，我續房不給換床單被套，説什麼用完了，行，我也可以理解，在我們毫不知情的情況下給我們退房，不讓我們續房，説房間滿了，一點都不問顧客的要求，反正就是給你退了，然後按金半天不給退，説什麼查完房間主動退，到現在沒收到，我就被迫退房去了旁邊的酒店，然後説公安系統都沒有退，我打電話問，人家直接一句儘量吧，什麼破態度，真的服氣了，要不是想離家近，誰住着個破酒店。****生氣了。
