Very nice hotel, not too noisy in the city center, clean and tidy, good service attitude, spacious and bright. Will book this next business trip. Highly recommend friends who give the line.

Great location with outdated room. Swing door lock was missing. AC is not working (maybe I’m not using it properly). Biggest issue is noise level. It’s 12:26am and there is loud music sound coming from somewhere non stop for the last 3 hours. My room is on 13th floor. I don’t know if it’s because Friday night and maybe it’s from a bar at the ground level. Don’t people sleep here. Next time I’ll find another hotel. Vancouver was great tho After a call and a personal visit at the front desk, finally the noise stopped around 1:05am. It was from a rooftop party. I don’t think I can sleep tonight as I’m wide awake dealing with this issue. The following day, checked at the front desk and found out that on the weekends, there are parties on 15th floor rooftop between Thanksgiving and year end. I was able to switch room to 7th floor and the problem disappeared the following 2 nights. I loved the location and people were friendly but just beware that you may have to deal with loud music if you were to stay on 13,14th floor (maybe 12th floor) on the weekends in Nov/Dec.

The hotel is great! All kinds of supporting facilities are complete, the toiletries are high-end and easy to use, the service is also in place, and you can order food and deliver it in the room! The surrounding environment is beautiful and convenient for travel. I will stay here next time!

This hotel is best for cruise travel, because it is the nearest place for departure and arrival in Vancouver.Not only for cruise travel, but also the downtown and commerical area in Vancouver. The travel places which include Stanley Park ,conventional centre and gas town. The skytrain is just on the side of the hotel, you can use the sky train the other regions of Vancouver. I lived 4 nights there with my wife, they cannot provide free parking space for their guest. So that you cannot ask your friend come to visit you in the hotel. The view is the best from your hotel room. I can see the crusies in and out of the harbour and also see the seaplanes flying on the sky and landing on the sea bay. The charge for seaplane of the Vancouver city tour is 199 for each single person,but just half an hour. This hotel can provde you gym facilities and swimming pool. I recommend you to first time in Vancouver on this hotel.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The dining options were superb, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch and made my stay even more relaxing. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The location is great, but whenever we use a hair dryer, we had to call front desk to turn on the power. If you want to use a hair dryer, avoid this hotel. Once you turn on a hair dryer, the entire room's electricity will be out. I did late check in, took a shower at 1 AM, and the power was gone. So we called the front desk, but nobody picked up the phone, and we slept with out any heater and lights. It was horrible, because this happened 3 times for 10 hours staying.

Due to the Banff wildfire, our schedule was changed temporarily. So we could only book a hotel in Vancouver. Surprisingly, we booked a good hotel. The location is convenient and the facilities are also new, probably renovated. The restaurant downstairs is a Michelin star, highly recommended.

No breakfast, but there is coffee, it is very convenient to bring children, parking for 32 or so Canadian dollars a night, go out for a few minutes is a lively food street, the supermarket is also nearby, very close to the beach, go for a walk at night! I will go next time, if I bring my child! Yes, the highlight is the kitchen, everything is there, take the baby to the supermarket to buy the ingredients to roast a pizza to eat, the dish and the knife, the fork and the pot cup are more complete than my home, very good!
