Great location, 10 mins from Rialto Vaparetto stop. Safe environment. Walking distance all around. Great restaurant nearby.

Room is extremely old. Noisy, can hear noise from street. Noise created by water pipes none stop in the midnight.

Located just in the center, the location is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and nearby have a lot of nice restaurants and facilities.

The hotel with one of best locations close to San Marco. Breakfasts are nice and delicious. Receptionist was highly friendly. They kept our luggage and bags safe and for free while we were out in Venice before our departure.

Well, the only thing left is no more cleaning, a lot of dust.

Everyone working at the hotel is friendly and cooperative. Recommended if you are traveling alone The room is small but nice because it has a window. The bathroom is small, but it can be tolerated in Venice.

I visited the hotel a few years ago, and it underwent a transformation, for the better, that fuses the Venetian classic with the modern. The service is very good. In addition to breakfast, they offered us a thea time at 4:00 p.m. I have nothing to object. Bright. We will be back.

Excellent location for visiting Venice on foot and strolling through the alleys. Excellent reception 24 hours a day, comfortable hotel and welcoming and smiling staff. Just the toilet a bit cramped between the wall and the shower. Excellent varied breakfast (sweet and savory)
