Pamarah Lodge

Phil, Mornette, Ross and Holly have created a luxurious jewel in the wonderful Victoria Falls. Great hosts, staff and service. Rooms are luxurious and beautifully decorated. Lovely restaurant with delicious food. If the quality of the eggs benedict is how one judges the cuisine, this is 5 stars. Hope to be back.

Phil, Mornette, Holly and Ross really made the trip one to remember. Amazing service and their staff were fantastic. They even brought a chameleon to have breakfast with us. Will definitely be coming back.

We loved staying at Pamarah Lodge. Our room was great and the staff very accommodating. The on-site restaurant was excellent. You can’t go wrong choosing this lodge.

Originally was just going to stay with friends in Harare after arriving in London, but decided to take the opportunity and spend some time at Vic Falls. The hotel is everything you see in the pictures and read from previous reviews. The staff and owners are very friendly and acomodating and the half board option is really worth doing. The organised trips are all fantastic. We decided to walk Vic Falls ourselves and took a taxi in to town, we chased the rainbows down and decided to walk all the way back up rather than just go to the exit. So glad we did as the rainbows had actually changed location so gave us some great new scenery pictures. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay and hopefully we'll be back again with friends and family

My wife and I stayed here with our two kids as well as my Dad. Location: Easy town access - $5 taxi and 5 minutes to town centre and falls entrace. Nice not being central as feels like an escape (not that VF is that busy a town). All the tour operators swing by the hotel on their way to various activities. Hotel setup - Very relaxing and friendly feel. Family ownership makes it stand apart for the larger commercial operations around town. Owners make the time to get to know guests and provide advice, as do the very capable and friendly staff. Pool is tiny but provides relief on hot days and makes for a nice feature. Room setup - we split ourselves into 2 rooms. One twin and one twin with extra bed. Enough space but not large. For lounging around there is shaded communal pool and eating areas. Good quality rooms as hotel is recently built. No TVs. Restaurant - We ate breakfast and dinner at restaurant which we find easiest with the kids. Good quality for both meals.

I would echo the very positive comments in the previous reviews. The Lodge is outstanding in every aspect. Clever design has created an interesting layout, maximising the space whilst still providing each unit with its own private entrance. It has a resort feel to it, with nice touches throughout the Lodge and grounds. It is clean, well maintained, with regular enhancements created with an eye for detail. The rooms are of sufficient size, well appointed, quiet and relaxing, with a very comfortable bed and great shower. Service was friendly, personal and helpful. The family owners went out of their way to meet and chat with the guests, creating an ambience like staying with friends. The food was excellent, a range of options with adequate choice, well prepared and served. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer. We highly recommend the Lodge.

A very well managed lodge with a unique service. Very nice and really recommended. I would book there again at any time.

Very quiet and Nice room, modern bathroom and Great buffet breakfast. The perfect place to visit Victoria Falls.
