Pamarah Lodge

Stayed here for two nights. Our room was clean and completely adequate for our needs. Staff are nice and are helpful when it comes to booking taxis and arranging tours. They were helpful for arranging an airport pickup and charged the standard price for this. Breakfast is also served, with fruit, toast and the option to pick something a la carte. The only minor negative is that Vic Falls town is not easily walkable, but taxis normalky can be arranged at 10/15 mins notice and cost usd 5 or so to get into town.

We (2 adults) highly recommend the lovely Pamarah Lodge. It’s a new place, very stylish and up-to-date. Every single member of the staff was welcoming and friendly, and we had a nice chat with the owners, Phil and Mornette. The breakfast offering was excellent and delicious. They offered several choices of hot and cold breakfast foods. They also offer both lunch and dinner, and we very much enjoyed the dinner we had there. The other very valuable service the staff provided was they created a three day itinerary of events based upon our specific interests. And their attitude towards our several last-minute changes was very Zen. They have fantastic advice to give about seeing the falls, the rainbows and moonbows, avoiding the crowds, and many local restaurant experiences. You may also want to get their local residents' perspective about avoiding malaria. Our advice to friends considering a visit to Pamarah and Victoria Falls: Book in advice to avoid disappoin**ent. Give them your list of interests and let them create an itinerary, and know they are open to having a conversation and perhaps fine-tuning the details.

Serene, quiet, we didn’t want to leave! The grounds and gardens are stunning and the staff are so friendly. Rooms were comfortable and stylish too. We felt so welcome here and would love to return one day. It’s about a 10 minute journey to the falls and costs around $7, which the staff can arrange for you. A perfect base for your adventure!

Pamarah Lodge was the perfect stay in Victoria Falls. This small, boutique lodge was in a quiet location, wonderful facilities, great food, coordinated local tours and transportation, great service, and the owners were personally involved and interacting with the guests on a daily basis.

I booked some friends to stay at Pamarah Lodge for their visit to Victoria Falls. They were amazed at the beauty, tranquility and friendliness of everyone. Phil and Mornette, the owners, along with their children, Holly and Ross, run an absolutely wonderful place which they consider home and like their guests to feel the same.

South Africa, Zimbabwe & Zambia has left me full with great memories that I continue to relive daily. Pamarah Lodge was the last portion of a remarkable trip & they didn't disappoint. Beautiful and modern lodge in VF. Safe, Clean and less than 10min to the Park Entrance and various Restaurants. Great Breakfast and Dinner and a very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for our 2 Overnights.

Very good place to stay/sleep/rest after activities. Close to Victoria Falls National Park and the city. Very good and friendly customer service. If we ever come back to Zimbabwe/Victoria Falls for sure we will come back to Pamarah Lodge.
