We were two guests. We booked a double room and arrived at the hotel late in the evening. We got a room with only one bed.. we did get a new room in about 45 minutes later. False advertising. The rooms were nothing like in the site. (Booking) I booked the hotel because the public transport stop was next to the hotel. However, the stop was out of use and the sounds of the construction site disturbed it. The hallway smelled strongly of ********. Beds were kinda comfy tho and the shower was okay.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a good variety of options.

The good: We had two Double rooms and the mattress in (only) one of the two rooms was comfortable The rooms were clean, and each room had its own air-conditioning system. Good location with a tram stop right in front. Coffee (from a coffee machine) is available for free at the reception area from 8:30 to 22:00. The bad: The mattress (bed) in one of the two rooms was terrible and sagging in the middle. There is a balcony at the end of the corridor on the second floor which is apparently considered an "emergency exit" so the door can't be locked, and it is allowed to smoke there (there is even an ashtray)!!! so don't be surprised if you are staying on the second floor and smell smoke in the corridors (and in the room) in the middle of the night! There was no 24-hour reception but only from 8:30-22:00. The pictures and information on the website (at least for the double room) were not representative of any of the two rooms we got; for example: - The room size was ok, but nothing close to 20 m2 as mentioned on the website. - Very old furniture and No TV in the room (room facilities mention "TV" and "Flat-screen TV" on the site). - Safe not working. When asked right after check-in we were told that they are waiting for someone to come and fix the Pincode, while another told us on checkout that we needed to ask for a key!).

Stayed for 2 nights, room for 2 was clean and comfortable. The price was very affordable considering the main season . The only weak point was the breakfast, very poor choice choice . Still, can recommend for modest travellers .

One of the worst experiences, with a temperature of 5 degrees outside, the rooms have no heating on. The location is good, with close access to transport to the center and the train or bus station. Access to the hotel is carried out without using employees, an access code is assigned to enter the building and the room.

Nachdem ich bereits ein Jahr zuvor in diesem Hotel übernachtet habe, und es insgesamt in Ordnung gewesen ist, buchte ich wieder ein paar Nächte dort. Damals war die Einrichtung schon ziemlich verschlissen, aber die Lage und das Personal war echt gut. Inzwischen hat das Hotel auf kontaktlos umgestellt. Es ist also kein Personal mehr im Haus. Es war eine ziemliche Enttäuschung. Die WC-Spülung funktioniert nicht, konnte ich zum Glück selber beheben. Den TV brauche ich nicht unbedingt, aber wenn einer da ist, dann sollte er auch funktionieren. Am Vorhang zum verdunkeln fehlte gut ein halber Meter, der Teppichboden ist bis zum Beton abgewetzt. Das einzig gute ist die Lage unweit des Hauptbahnhofs. Das war es aber auch. Dieses Hotel ist nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

La habitación necesita una reforma pero está todo muy limpio, la cama es cómoda y la ducha tiene agua con mucha presión. Sí buscas un hotel para hacer turismo dormir y ducha es tu lugar. Está bien situado por su cercanía a la estación por si vas a otras ciudades y vuelves.

Die Lage unweit des Hauptbahnhofes ist gut. ÖPNV-Haltestellen direkt in der Nähe. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich durfte mir ein Doppelzimmer aussuchen obwohl ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht hatte - ohne Aufpreis! Toller Service. Das Frühstück hatte ich nicht gebucht, deshalb keine Bewertung meinerseits. Schon an der Rezeption sind mir die Flecken, die von einem Wasserschaden herrühren, aufgefallen. Auch im Bad sieht man die Flecken an der Decke, die man sowieso dringend sanieren sollte. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Möblierung ist zwar etwas altmodisch und gebraucht, es passt aber auch irgendwie zu diesem Hotel bzw. zu Wien. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Por las opiniones aveces no sabes si haces bien o no y ahora puedo decir que hice MAL . Los chicos de recepción muy majos. Y ahora al ir a la habitación ya empieza el tema..... un hotel de 3 estrellas se supone. En la puerta de la habitación, en el pasillo, las paredes en muy mal estado, con golpes y saltado de pintura... La habitación enana, que casi no das puesto una maleta en ningún lado. La cama se hunde sin sentido , la almohada igual. Sabanas rotas. El baño sin más pero el mueble al abrir la puerta se desmonta..... Parece limpio, pero con tanta cosa así da hasta asco....pagar por algo y esté así. 90 euros la noche
