Basic hotel in a convenient location. The furnishings were rather old but the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was cramped but with a strong shower. Reliable WiFi.

The location was very good. 2 tube stations or a bit more than 10 minutes walk to Stephansplatz which is in the centre of Vienna.
The hotel staff were very kind and helpful! The breakfast was included.
Overall, we really had a nice stay at this hotel.

TOTALMENTE INAFFIDABILE Non è possibile dare di meno. Prenotato la stanza il 3 di luglio tramite Booking, la mattina della partenza il 3 di dicembre, vengo avvisata da booking che l'ospitante non può più ospitarmi a causa di un disguido per overbooking. RIPETO, AVVISATA A DISTANZA DI 6 ORE DAL CHECK IN!!!! Al telefono la Reception della struttura mi dice che non può parlare con me perché “deve lavorare", come se spiegare perché mi viene rifiutato l'alloggio prenotato 5 mesi prima non fosse il suo lavoro. Alla fine ho dovuto pagare un'altro alloggio con una cospicua differenza di prezzo e meno vicino al centro. Se non si sa fare il proprio mestiere sarebbe bene dedicarsi ad altro. VERGOGNOSO

The room quality matches the price and was fine. However, there was no breakfast, no option to make coffee and the refrigerator in the room was actually heating instead of cooling. On the Sunday I spent there, there was no-one in reception all day. I am very disapointed about this lack lack of service. The information provided on breakfast etc. when booking is misleading.

Eccellente posizione e prezzo se con frontato agli altri del centralissimo quartiere innner... pessima pulizia e servizio quasi inesistente nelle ca.ere ,prima colazione poco variegata e saltuaria ,arredamento atteso,.a molto migliorabile. Utile per chi vuole solo dormire e poi vivere la città
