Rosewood Vienna

There is a room with a six-story sloping roof. If you mind that the shading effect is not ideal in the morning and you cannot sleep well, don't choose it. The overall feeling of the hotel is very good, with a strong sense of design, the environment of the breakfast restaurant is very good, I also tried it for dinner, and it is a good product. Through communication, the hotel changed the room type the next day, with full blackout curtains, which completely solved the problem of affecting sleep. The overall service is also good. The location is very convenient. Just near the church and pedestrian street. Very easy to walk to different sights.
Hotel Austria - Wien

I have been to Hotel Austria twice, both for the Christmas holidays when the nearby Rotenturmstrasse was decorated with its huge red balls. The location is not just convenient to two subway lines, but also a really short walking distance--10 minutes to Stephansdom. There is a Spar Gourmet right across the street and many shops and restaurants near by (check out the Cafe Diglas) as the area is itself technically in the Inner Stadt (city center). But what really stands out is how eager to please the staff is. The first time I visited it was so long ago there were no smartphones, but the front desk always gave us accurate and easy directions to all locations we wanted. Clean, warm, and in a quiet corner tucked away from the main street, it is a real gem
Hotel Mercure Vienna First

The location of the hotel is great, as it’s walking distance to a lot of Viennas most visited sites and also a close distance from the subway, which can take you further out from the city centre. The room was also good, although a bit small, but no real complaint, just an observation. What brings this hotel down is the breakfast. There’s nothing done right in there. The coffee is bad (which I don’t get, because they have a fancy espresso machine up front, but they get the coffee from the back?!), the scrambled eggs are bad, the juice is bad… Everything just feels cheap and without any thought. With a better breakfast, this would be a really really good hotel. A bit of a shame.
City Pension Stephansplatz I Self Check IN

My wife and I were at this wonderful hotel from about late June to early July and stayed on and off for almost two weeks. Each room has excellent air conditioning and quite comfortable if not somewhat low, beds. They are single beds put together which was fine for the two if us. Americans would have to get used to the small bathroom common in Europe overall and the shower is a tight space but strong water pressure. My only criticism was a lack of storage space. This is the rare pension that doesn’t serve breakfast however the location is amazing. In five minutes you hit Zanoli and Zanoli which opens at 7. Their breakfasts are fabulous. And later in the day go back for dessert. You’re very close to St Stephens Square and the height of tourism but there are so many superb Viennese restaurants all within walking distance. The staff is great very friendly and knowledgeable. For us it was a home away from home. We are likely to return.

The duvet, the mattress protectors and the pillows are just the best. My teenage daughter did not want to get out of bed at all. The staff, especially the breakfast Staff were absolutely amazing. IRISH TEA!!. ! I’ve never had breakfast like that before in my life and obviously the free wine absolute bonus. I had asked three times at check in to clarify. Being Irish this was amazing I could’ve stayed in the hotel, the whole whole time. Oh the rain shower and Molton Brown products. Very high class hotel. OMG the roof top bar with complimentary cocktails
