We stayed for 4 nights. Reception desk team were always helpful - we had a couple of minor issues/requests on the first day and they handled these well and go them resolved. The room was excellent with a separate sitting room. Clean, with a lovely bed, mini bar (soft drinks only), TV, safe etc. The toiletries were Salvatore Ferragamo which were great and well supplied. Breakfasts were absolutely superb, probably one of the best we have experienced. You had absolutely everything you would want (and more) - some items I would never have thought of for breakfast! Service there was always great too. The location was spot on - slightly out of the centre (10minute walk) but close enough to be able to get to all the main sights without any problem. It was also a great location to pick up the trams and underground (was absolutely perfect for the underground to the Ernst Happel Stadium where we were seeing a concert). Overall a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

Overall very nice, only critique was 20 minutes to wait to get checked in (and four staff were behind the kiosks) so quite disappointing first impression given only 2 guests were being seen too. Room was immaculately presented on the 15th floor (you must request the level room) stunning views very unique and overall I would recommend for a business trip. Attending Vienna convention centre minutes away so perfectly placed.

Stayed here for 5 days delivering a training course for an outside company. Hotel is in a great location, underground 5 min walk away, tram stops outside. 10 min walk and you are in the heart of the city. Hotel is very pleasant, nicely decked out with a great ambience. The staff are wonderful, from reception to the bar and restaurant always smiling, very attentive, friendly and professional. Some of the best Hotel staff I have ever encountered, a big plus for the hotel. Food is very good, great quality, presentation and taste. This has been best Hilton I have stayed in, and i have stayed in a few. Thank you for making my trip to Vienna even more memorable.

Such an amazing hotel! The room was beyond comfortable - great bed and sofa, thoughtfully placed outlets and lights, terrific bathroom and shower. The view was also outstanding, and the location is so convenient for walking, public transportation, etc. Very nice staff as well, and delicious breakfast at Das Loft (which I'm also going to review separately for drinks at night, which I recommend!).

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, the hotel has a long history, was established in 1600, the hotel service level is high, breakfast is good. There is a Hop on Hop off city tour bus route nearby, and the Metro Sweden Square Station is within a 10-minute walk of the hotel. If you want to drive by yourself, you should pay attention, because the parking space in Vienna is really tight. I happened to have a parking space (26 euros for one night) to stop the car.

At my grandchildren's 10th anniversary, I wanted to go to Vienna and chose the hotel in question, and I was very pleased with it. The hotel, although far from the city centre and Vienna airport, is very well connected to these with timely and efficient trains and metro even during night hours. The structure is located in a shopping centre with all services including shops, bars, restaurants and a discotheque, and therefore, in the event, you can enjoy even without moving ”home”. The Danube is also very close and you can walk in the green parks that are upside the river. The staff of the hotel speak so many languages, they are all kind and prepared, and the rooms are spacious and clean regularly, unless you choose to give up The breakfast is served until late morning and it really offers everything with high quality and quantity standards. I found everything I was looking for and that was offered to me. Perhaps, as a pine, I found the bed coats too ”mole” but, for the rest (as already pointed out), I have nothing to complain about.

We stayed in a huge 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with separate toilet. Also had a washer drier combo but I found the drier part didnt work very well. Just wash and hang your clothing on the large towel heater in the bathroom! Very good wifi and helpful front desk. Huge sitting and dining area with a well equipped kitchen. Good hearing throughout the apartment so much so we turned it off in the bedrooms as it became too hot and stuffy! Nearby grocery stores and stunning bakery right next door on ground level and another good bakery just over the road from it! The bakeries open early so you can pop down for fresh baked pastries and bread in the morning. Stunning Irish pub called the Golden Harp just past the subway station opposite the Spar grocery store. The pub is about 200m or so from the apartment and serve great pub food in a fabulous setting. The apartments arent in the city ring of Vienna which was nice for us as the crowds get a bit much. But the underground is 150m from the apartment and within a few minutes drops you exactly where you want to be. There are also trams operating right by the apartment although we only used the subway. Even though you are on quite a busy street the apartment is quiet enough inside. Also TV's in both bedrooms and the sitting/dining area. I would recommend staying here if the city centre isnt for you!

We visited Calmo hotel the past few days.it is very well situated only a 5 minutes walk from Spittelau metro U4 metro stop.from there the city of Vienna lies in front of your feet.the room is good for 3 people and it was always cleaned and warm.the breakfast is adequate for a day of walking in Vienna.not a great variety but enough to get you going.the staff was always helpful and kind.My only disappointment was the absence of a fridge in the room. Thanks to the weather we stored our refreshments outside of the window. But the pros are far more from the cons so if we would go back in Vienna we would visit the hotel again.

The apartment is outside the centre of Vienna, but super accessible for any means available nearby: 1.metropolitana (it is 3 minutes walk, behind the corner) 2.stazione Regional trains (beside the metro for any destination) 3. Bus: you need to cross the train station to access the bus headline (line400) 4.tram: it is also the god of the park having crossed the bus stop (tram line D) With regard to supermarkets, the hotel is the practitioner The hotel, not our staff x the reception at the arrival time, is practical in check-in. When booking you receive a door code to enter and then on the input bank will only scan the qr-code received during the booking, enter the booking and take the cards made available to you The floor has a relaxing room with sofas, chairs and tables and a kitchen floor to make coffee (for payment) or wash tools. There are also drinking machines or food. In addition, you can find the room to wash your clothes, you can access through the room card (You need to download the Miele app and the rechargeable mini-bar is €20!). The apartment is silent, the only sin found was the heat air thermostat, as the recirculation was always cold even increasing the temperature and with 6 degrees outside we asked for reception assistance and the The next day, in addition to us, six apartments were set at least and therefore after the technician's place, the temperature was reversed to the winter season. On every floor (always accessible with your card) there is a vacuum tool where towels, sticks, toilet paper, washing boxes and washing bags can be taken, as well as the dust and stick to be used.
