The hotel has a beautiful environment. You can sit on the rocking chair on the balcony and watch the sea and watch young people surfing. It is leisurely and comfortable. The service is warm, meticulous and thoughtful. There is a battery car to pick you up and drop off. It is a wonderful experience worth coming back.

The room was okay and the location was good. Just downstairs is the food court and across the bridge is the beach. There is a bit of traffic jam when there are many people, so you need guidance from the housekeeper to find a parking space.

The experience is very poor! ! This is the first time I'm so angry. The merchant is completely deceptive! ! ! I stayed here for 3 days and they didn’t even help me clean once. I’m speechless! ! On the first day of check-in, the hotel said that the aunt had forgotten and said that she would clean it for us the next day. I didn't care. Are we too talkative? When I came home the next day, haha, we still didn’t clean or even sweep the floor. We didn’t even pick up a single chopstick if it fell on the ground (there was no broom or mop in the guest room, so we couldn’t clean it ourselves). I contacted the hotel and the explanation they gave me was that if we extended our stay for 3 days and cleaned it, the aunt would have to come and collect the trash! ah? Did I hear that right? It means that the extended stay fee is much cheaper? Should we extend our stay without paying the room fee? Do you mean that if I extend my stay, I won’t have to pay the same room rate every day? Have I never stayed in a hotel? Haven't I stayed in other B&Bs? Is it because I have no common sense? Does your store have no common sense? Isn't this fraud? His attitude was also very perfunctory. He said he didn't clean because he was worried about touching the guests' valuables. Will mopping the floor touch them? It depends on whether we are perfunctory or not. On the first day, he said he had forgotten and hurriedly brought some garbage bags for us to change! On the second day, I only changed the garbage. On the third day, I just happened to leave. I will pay you the normal room price and you won't come to clean. Isn't it a great saver? We already talked well and didn't care about it on the first day. Even if we used the kitchen utensils, we cleaned them up ourselves. We are qualified. Is the merchant polite? Later, another staff member passed the responsibility to the aunt, saying that the aunt forgot to bring the mop. Two people gave two explanations. Isn't this fraud? The solution I was given was to give me a 10% discount next time my friend comes to stay. Hahaha, do you want to piss me off or not? Is this a solution? Totally unacceptable. I will die speechless. I booked a mahjong room to play mahjong and spent a whole day repairing the mahjong machine. Suite for four people, two bath towels. Is there a front desk? After arriving, I had to wait for a long time downstairs before someone came to show me the guest room. Very speechless. There are so many parking spaces in the community and there is no parking. Two and a half pairs of slippers for a room of four people. Wait for a series, countless! I basically never give bad reviews to hotels and B&Bs in tourist resorts, but this time I really couldn’t bear it. Very speechless.

房間位置極好，站在陽台上能一眼看到日島橋，海景一覽無餘！去椰林公路及融創教堂很方便。房間設施齊全，比較新。服務態度真好，提前聯繫我們，介紹入住酒店線路，並推送旅遊攻略，介紹遊玩美食活動項目等，總之，酒店設施、服務等方面都很到位！以後還會定他家。

房間很不錯。坐在陽台上打着麻將，看到海灘上沖浪的人起起伏伏，心情非常好。床品乾淨衞生。廚房，衞生間設備齊全。推薦！

房間不錯，一家人住在一起很温馨。廚房設施齊全，可以煮飯，還有消毒櫃。管家服務態度棒棒的👍衹是節假日進出島有點堵。
