Elevator closed slowly and that’s about all which was negative. Everything else is fine.

Good location

We've booked the hotel on the way so it was a last minute decision but it was meant to be! First of all, the location is 10/10. Close to the PKiN, Chmielna, also Nowy Swiat and Uni. We weren't staying there for sightseeing so we didn't looked at the attractions but it's all walking distance. The stuff was super nice, roms are very clean. We didn't have breakfast there so can't make an opinion. They have an ironing room if you need, also a small gym room. Some of the amenities weren't available bc of covid but still great weekend experience. 100% recommend!

Poor attitude towards guests at reception. We did not receive the promised transfer. Terrible mattresses

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very close to the scenic spot and can be reached on foot. Basic facilities, sanitation, staff assistance and courtesy are all very good. It's just that there are a lot of stairs and it's a bit inconvenient to go up and down.

Nice, central, very clean hotel

The location is good and the staff are nice. However, I was staying consecutively and a certain male staff member made an absurd claim that he would only give me water if I cleaned the room. The staff member working there was nice. The other staff members were friendly.

Wonderful location to see the new city and take a walk to the old town. We would definitely repeat.

There was no air conditioning and no fan, so it was hot at night. The breakfast buffet had a lot to offer. It is a convenient location for sightseeing in the old town.
