While the hotel was clean and comfortable, the customer service was appalling. When I mentioned to the morning desk agent that maid service did not visit my room the previous day her reply was, "I don't know what happened!", When I asked for service that day her reply was "I don't know if we can get to you today." and she walked away, left me standing there unsure of what she was doing. The next morning I tried to explain to her how bad her customer service was, she kept interrupting me, then said she didn't like what I was saying, and she walked away again. She had zero interest in listening to a first time guest, TWICE!
