While the hotel was clean and comfortable, the customer service was appalling. When I mentioned to the morning desk agent that maid service did not visit my room the previous day her reply was, "I don't know what happened!", When I asked for service that day her reply was "I don't know if we can get to you today." and she walked away, left me standing there unsure of what she was doing. The next morning I tried to explain to her how bad her customer service was, she kept interrupting me, then said she didn't like what I was saying, and she walked away again. She had zero interest in listening to a first time guest, TWICE!

I like staying here because it’s comfortable, but there an annoying alarm going off at 2 in the morning till 7 when I called to complain. I don’t know what or why it went off it gave me a bad headache

Have been trying to speak to management since 12/25/2023, called guest relations as well as corporate and this hotel has yet to return my call. This is a janky establishment that lied and said my room was damaged due to a pipe burst and wouldn’t be available til the following week but guest relations showed availability for the next day which leads me to believe they gave my room to another guest

Great place good breakfast but loft was too hot had to sleep with the windows open called to verify a sofa bed in living room but was not reserved for five but front desk had me for two

Rooms were nice and clean. Had some issues with the shower as far as switching from bath to shower. No water pressure. The jacuzzi was broken. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

The young woman at the front desk was excellent! I couldn’t find the place even with my gps and she directed me and was courteous and knowledgeable. The hotel is really out of the way, but the service was superb.

This hotel has the most rudest front desk staff imaginable. First she acted like we were not there when we walked in, just kept talking to a coworker like we were invisible. Then got a attitude when my husband said hi when ever your ready we like to check in. Then they over charged me when I checked in. Then they were upset that I brought it to there attention. Room was ok but you need to bring your own wood for the fireplace.
