******* negotiated a room change from double queen to king without penalty. But upon arrival, I was assigned a double queen. The card key didn't work and staff closed office at 6:00 PM. Even though check-in is advertised untill 10:00 PM. Finally, received new king assignment, but it wasn't a standard king, instead it was a Handicap King which was awful. So, slept in Handicap king and waited til next day to be reassigned standard king, Basically, I overpaid as Black Friday rate was never applied. I will not return to the Winnapaug Inn in the future. And, further use of ******* is also in question.
