Cleanliness of the hotel has been an ongoing concern however previous manager was good. The front desk personnel is not professional and lacks customer service.

Very cool contemporary room. There were dried footprints all over the floor so clearly it hadn't been mopped. And the bathroom door leaves no privacy at all.

The staff was great. The hotel on the other hand needed some help. The showers leaked into the bathroom, no matter what you tried to do to stop it. The staff said it was a engineering design flaw in all of the rooms. The hall walls looked scratched and worn. The carpet was stained.
A small thing, but ethe water was very hard. I wonder why they did not put in a water softener like lesser hotels I have stayed in.

We enjoy staying at the Marriot. Son lives across the street makes it convenient. Nice room, nice bar and outside sitting area. Rooms are very modern. Close to restaurants, shopping
