don’t go to this place The hallways stink, there's only one elevator, a lot of people smoke *********, the smell is terrible, and they tried to steal my deposit. I had to report them to my bank. If you go, take a photo of how they leave the room when you leave because they will take your deposit.

I was so excited to stay here because it was recommended by a friend. The price was not bad for the location of the hotel.. The front desk receptionist are clueless pretty much. I told them that my air in my room didn’t work. The maintenance guy came to “fix” it but was very condescending about it. A day later the air stopped working again. The air was just blowing out fan air, no cold air in 95 degree weather. Parking was $60 plus $10 service fee. What they don’t tell you is there are multiple hidden fees with the parking. There is a garage fee and more service fees. I asked the front desk attendant there and he was VERY rude and did not want to help me. I will NEVER stay here again. It’s a glorified motel. Don’t even bother !

The coffee machines are both not working well on both rooms.

The card keys never worked properly. I had to go back to the reception desk several times. I was not informed about the facility fee when I booked it. The location and the room were great tho!

This was a great introduction to DC. The older building made for a unique layout in the room itself; I also appreciated the miniature espresso machine, which yielded extremely high-quality coffee.

Everything was great, from customer service to the room itself. Only thing I would change is opening the rooftop bar, it’s still closed because of covid.

The room facilities are old and not soundproof at all. The air conditioner is very noisy. There is an even louder noise for unknown reasons. I guess it's the elevator. It's too noisy. The hair dryer is rusty.

The location is very good. You can walk to the scenic spots and Union Station, and it is also convenient to take the subway. The building materials are durable and the facilities are a bit old. There are not many restaurants nearby, or we didn't find them, but there is a microwave in the public area of ​​the hotel, and you can buy food from the supermarket and heat it up yourself. There are bath gels, bath towels, and clean towels. The hot water is good, and the flower umbrellas are also awesome.

The facilities are old and the ice machines and vending machines are broken. The environment is very good and the transportation is convenient. The staff has a good sense of service, but the staffing is insufficient. Breakfast is an a la carte system, and it took nearly 50 minutes for the food to be served.

This hotel is very good. I have stayed there many times. It is not too far or too tiring to walk to the White House and several major museums. When I returned from my trip, I didn't book any nearby hotels, so I stayed in the lobby here for a whole night. The hotel staff was very friendly. Will come again!
