The service apar**ent is very spacious, new and clean. My apar**ent is about 500 sq ft, with an open kitchen with sufficient utensils, a big bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, and a spacious living room and working area. Wifi is stable. My apar**ent is located on the 15/F, and there is a nice view of the city. The building is located within the free tram zone, so it is very convenient to travel within the city central. Highly recommended for visitors.

The location of the apar**ent hotel is great. It's close to Flagstaff Gardens. Downstairs is Flagstaff Railway Station and several tram stops. About 1 km further is Coles. The hotel environment is also very good and all facilities are complete.

The overall feeling of staying here is very good! The room is large and the kitchen is very well equipped. It's only a 5-10mins walk from southern Cross Station, and it's very convenient to take the airport Skybus. Loved it! Perfect place to arrive at when landing from airport and easy out of hours check in . Beautiful apar**ent with all the things you need and wonderful pool/gym. Would stay again

I found the communication with the staff to be very poor , I arrived around midnight due to a late flight
I repeatedly asked the property to email me check in instructions but they never did so I was stuck in reception for nearly an hour waiting for them to check me in.
even then the guy that turned up was very miserable bearing in mind this is a 4* accommodation it was not the service I was expecting
I went to complain the next day and the staff were very dismissive just didn't seem to care
The actual complex is very nice however if you want to check in after hours be prepared for a headache
