Excellent, just like the pictures. It's about a 10-minute walk to the city center (Chinatown), and there's a free bus about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, also about a 10-minute ride to the city center, so I always walk… The cleanliness is exceptional, very spotless. The room, although small, is adequate, with a refrigerator, wardrobe, and desk. The shower in the bathroom works very well, and there's a fan. I was particularly satisfied with the window; it's manually cranked to open and close, a very convenient design after staying in many hotels. I booked a tour to the Great Ocean Road, and the meeting point was at the Ibis Hotel, a 12-minute walk away. Just turn right and walk down the street—one of the very few hotels that are both clean and convenient. It's worth mentioning that there's a kitchen with cooking utensils available. There are two supermarkets nearby, and a laundry room on the second floor—very cheap, open from 10 am to 9 pm. Unfortunately, I was out early and back late, so I didn't use it, but it still shows how quiet the hotel is… The soundproofing was excellent; I didn't encounter any problems, and it was very quiet at night. Overall, this was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at during my ten days in Australia, and I would like to stay here again next time.
