Perfect location and room size is decent for a single person.

Average clean hotel slightly outside the CBD and the Free Tram Zone. Hotel itself feels more like a hostel, but the room was clean and the bathroom recently renovated. For the price overall decent.

V friendly staff n great service. I liked that they have a kitchen n laundry room for guests’ use. Trams to Victoria Market n the city are close by. A short walk to Aldi’s for supplies.  2nd time I’m staying here! Would stay again!

Its very good and vety clean place

Well located just outside CBD but convenient and quiet. Most of all full amenities provided for comfort kettle and coffee tea as well as hair dryer. Reasonable size of room with sun block curtain. There are diverse of international restaurants to suit all. Victoria market is just 4 stops tram away. Daily housekeeping, shared kitchen and self laundry service are available too.

It is an ok place to stay if your budget does not allow you to pay for something else, but it was clean place and close to some attractions

This was my second visit to this hotel. It’s quiet, comfortable, has all the amenities, including a kitchen and laundry, and terrific staff. The hotel is in an interesting old part of Melbourne, near Queen Victoria market, 2 supermarkets and several restaurants. You can get a nearby tram into the city or walk to North Melbourne or Flagstaff railway stations. It’s about a 15 minute walk from Southern cross station. Although it was winter I was warm.

The hotel is close to CBD, small cosy and clean room. It’s 2 storey hotel with no lift.

Good impression

Unless you absolutely need to stay downtown, I highly recommend this place! It's close to Queen Victoria Market and the tram makes it easy to get downtown! The staff were friendly, too! I'd definitely stay here again!

The hotel was OK for the price in Melbourne. You can't expect much. The only thing that was annoying were the thin walls. It was very thin and you could hear every door slamming because there was no other way to close it. The team was super helpful and extremely nice. The hotel is not right in the center but you can take the free tram zone straight into the city for free.

It's quiet and relaxing, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is nice. The downtown area is noisy, but it's quiet here, so it's nice.

A great value for money hotel with a great location. There are self-service washing machines/dryers, but you need to prepare 2 dollars in coins.

It's a decent hotel. The room looks like a convex shape. I don't like the overall design very much, but it's clean in terms of hygiene. The room is not big and there's no desk. It's not convenient for eating, but it's okay to live alone.
