We stayed in a 2 room suite on the 3rd floor. I paid extra for lake views. The suite was clean and roomy, and it was quiet. The view from the living room window was good, but the view from the bedroom was obstructed by trees. I also deducted a star for the odd furniture placement. The bedroom had a desk instead of a dresser in it. They should have put the dresser in the bedroom instead of the living room. When the chair was pulled out, it blocked the space between the bed and desk (couldn’t walk through). Also, the main vent was in the bedroom, so when the AC was on, it was very loud. Finally, the sofa in the living room was uncomfortable. The middle cushion sank deep down when we sat on it. As for the check-in process - it was odd. We stood there for quite a bit before someone came to check us in. When she did come, she walked off for a long time before returning. It was very unusual. The complimentary hot breakfast was ok. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad either. Would we stay there again? Yes, because it was close to our son’s apartment. My husband also enjoyed his walks around the lake.

The room and front desk staff were satisfactory. The toilet needing plunging regularly and finally they said they would have the ”maintenance man” fix it. It was a kid with a plunger who did NOTHING! When things break here, they take their time fixing it. Soda fountain machine was broken for over a week, then the ice machine didn't work. No hurry to fix for customers to have a pleasant stay! BIGGEST ISSUE: I was charge several times a day for each night I stayed. They charged me over and over plus it wasn't the quoted rate for a discounted weekly stay. I could never get a face to face with manager to take care of the issue. Left multiple messages for her regarding the issue, she had my room number for craps sake, and my phone number. Charges were placed to my account with no explanation. I felt like it was HIGHLY suspicious and nothing was being done about it. My bank account was being depleted and put my other bill payments in jeopardy. DON'T STAY here. They are criminals! I don't know what they're doing but they're stealing my money thinking I won't notice.

We were traveling with another couple and just passing through town starting on our vacation.. This hotel looked new. It was very clean, friendly and modern. The rates on the room were great! The bed was quite comfortable and we liked the shower in our bathroom because it was large and drained fast. Because of the virus, the cook was serving everything from the bar, you just told her what you wanted. There was a big variety of items for breakfast. We felt very safe staying there. All of the hotel staff wore masks and were trying hard to keep everyone safe. We would definitely stay there again. In fact on the way home from our trip, we stopped back in for another night.

Room was mediocre. Blue stains in the sink, the toilet flushed twice when you pulled the handle, no shower mat (I almost fell slipping on the tub - put a towel in the tub to keep from slipping.) The desk chair was stuck in the down position. When I asked for another chair, was told ”ALL the chairs didn't work.” I would think if you know about a problem good management would fix it. If you know this is a widespread problem and do nothing, it is institutional negligence. So-called ”breakfast” was packaged mini-muffins, coffee, and juice. If you advertise ”breakfast,” then have breakfast.

We were traveling with another couple and just passing through town starting on our vacation.. This hotel looked new. It was very clean, friendly and modern. The rates on the room were great! The bed was quite comfortable and we liked the shower in our bathroom because it was large and drained fast. Because of the virus, the cook was serving everything from the bar, you just told her what you wanted. There was a big variety of items for breakfast. We felt very safe staying there. All of the hotel staff wore masks and were trying hard to keep everyone safe. We would definitely stay there again. In fact on the way home from our trip, we stopped back in for another night.

The desk chair was stuck in the down position. When I asked for another chair, was told ”ALL the chairs didn't work.” I would think if you know about a problem good management would fix it. If you know this is a widespread problem and do nothing, it is institutional negligence. So-called ”breakfast” was packaged mini-muffins, coffee, and juice. If you advertise ”breakfast,” then have breakfast.

We stayed in a 2 room suite on the 3rd floor. I paid extra for lake views. The suite was clean and roomy, and it was quiet. The view from the living room window was good, but the view from the bedroom was obstructed by trees. I also deducted a star for the odd furniture placement. The bedroom had a desk instead of a dresser in it. They should have put the dresser in the bedroom instead of the living room. When the chair was pulled out, it blocked the space between the bed and desk (couldn’t walk through). Also, the main vent was in the bedroom, so when the AC was on, it was very loud. Finally, the sofa in the living room was uncomfortable. The middle cushion sank deep down when we sat on it. As for the check-in process - it was odd. We stood there for quite a bit before someone came to check us in. When she did come, she walked off for a long time before returning. It was very unusual. The complimentary hot breakfast was ok. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad either. Would we stay there again? Yes, because it was close to our son’s apartment. My husband also enjoyed his walks around the lake.
