老闆很熱情，住宿很乾凈衞生，價格很優秀，周圍屬於五大連池風景區的小吃街，步行去北飲泉、温泊都很方便

環境：面積大。對面就有包子店方便早餐。
設施：衞浴老舊，備品幾乎沒有，體驗差。標註2019開業，設備落後20年。
服務：前台溝通比較熱情。管理流程並沒有與時俱進（老牌景區的通病）。

老闆人很好很熱情，但是衞生狀況真的堪憂，拖鞋上有沒刷乾淨的污漬，洗臉盆上也有污漬，衞生間的杯架和毛巾架上有上個客人的頭髮，熱水壺也很臟，茶杯裏不知道是什麼東西有股怪味，廁所的門後沒擦，圖便宜來着可以，要衞生質量的話還是算了。

有的房間亂七八糟，放了一大堆他們生活中的雜貨，例如大排檔桌子，長者用的便桶椅子洗漱用品都沒備上最關鍵的是他房間都是油煙味兒，炒菜味兒非常重！讓人窒息！還有蚊子！網上預訂給的都是比較差的低樓層的房間！
