Echarm Hotels in Wuhan

I usually give good reviews, but I'm unhappy with the airport transfer service. Here's why: I originally wanted to book a 6 AM shuttle, but the front desk insisted on 5:30 AM, citing the 'better early than late' principle. I agreed. However, when I came down at 5 AM, I was told that the shuttle required 5 passengers per car (excluding the driver) and that I should just squeeze in as we'd arrive shortly, implying I should understand the difficulties of running a business. I ended up getting in, which is partly my fault. Still, I suspect the hotel front desk, knowing there were many people, deliberately arranged 5 people per car to reduce the number of trips, using the 'better early than late' excuse. The driver also knowingly transported 5 passengers, which is overloading. I will most likely not stay here again.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and exploring. The room was spotless and well-equipped, making for a really comfortable stay. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, handling check-in efficiently and thoughtfully – it made me feel very welcome. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, all delicious, and so many choices that I was satisfied every morning. The biggest surprise was the hotel kindly gifting us a Wuhan cultural and creative refrigerator magnet as a souvenir; it's beautifully designed and meaningful. Such attention to detail really made my trip special. Overall, it's great value for money, with excellent service and a perfect experience. Highly recommend – I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Wuhan! The room was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. What surprised me most was the Wuhan Hot Dry Noodles at breakfast; one bite and I was instantly amazed – it tasted just as good as the famous old shops on the street! Later, I heard from a staff member that it's made following the classic recipe from Wuhan's Cai Mingwei, no wonder the taste is so authentic! Being able to enjoy such genuine Wuhan breakfast food right at the hotel saved me the trouble of searching for places, which was incredibly convenient! Whether for leisure or business, this hotel is highly recommended. It's comfortable to stay in and allows you to experience the taste of Wuhan all in one go. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Wuhan!

Our initial stay at the hotel was reasonably good. However, on the second day, when we return to the hotel, we had a rude shock. The whole hotel was plunged total darkness and half of the main entrance to the l9obby was pad locked. We were told by the staff that there was a major power failure and the situation cannot be rectified. There was no electrical supply for the lights, lifts etc. To make matter worse we were told that we have to checkout as the hotel has stopped operating. I approached and asked if he could make alternative arrangements for our accommodations as we have another 3 nights to go. He told me a flat NO to my request. Our room was on the 12th floor, and we had to climb up the stairs to our room to pack our luggage to check out and to climb down the stairs to the ground floor. I have never encountered such an event of a hotel where the management was so irresponsible to their guests. We had to find our own accommodation and transport to the new hotel. I had to frantically search for a new hotel at the lobby in the dark. NO ASSISTANCE was offered by the management of the hotel. Such a hotel should be banned from operation and a SEVERE penalty be imposed on them.

Right from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm welcome. The front desk staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and their smiles were genuinely infectious. The sofa was perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – so I could relax without getting tired. The breakfast hot dry noodles were fresh and flavorful, and the convenient laundry pick-up and delivery service really made for an excellent stay. My experience here was absolutely top-notch!

There's a snack street right next door, which makes finding food super convenient. The hotel also offers a great breakfast spread with lots of variety, including hot dry noodles, various dishes, and fruits. It was definitely a worthwhile stay!

Close to Wuhan University and the subway. Most importantly, the lady at the front desk is nice and kind, with a nice voice! Come again next time!

Very good and worth recommending, come to Optics Valley to recommend cost-effective, very close to Optics Valley air rail, breakfast is very good, hot dry noodles, noodle nest fritters are very good, there is the best white porridge in Wuhan, the room is very quiet and clean, and there is a laundry room! Like the collection, highly recommended

The room is clean and hygienic, there is a free shuttle service to Wuhan Station, a bowl of hot dry noodles in the morning contains characteristics, travel is very convenient, the hotel is very close to the subway station and the museum, the East Lake is also very close, the surrounding line 4 is convenient to travel, breakfast is clean, service is warm, front desk service is very good

The environment exceeded my expectations, and the cleanliness was meticulous. The room was spacious and well-ventilated with complete facilities. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and the hot dry noodles for breakfast at the hotel were delicious. Overall, a perfect stay!

The room is very big, spacious and bright. I came here on a business trip with my friends. The surrounding environment is not bad. The air is very fresh and the room is clean and tidy. Not only the ladies at the front desk are warm in their service, but the aunties in the guest rooms are also very careful in cleaning. kind. I have stayed here for a few days and I like the layout of the room very much. It adopts the dry and wet separation design. It is worth recommending to come again next time.
