來這邊旅遊選擇了這家店，入住感受非常好，前台工作人員服務熱情，有什麼需求也立馬迴應，酒店設施設備齊全，前台茶水台還免費提供咖啡和茶、礦泉水，前台的香薰也很好聞。客房阿姨打掃的也很乾凈，需要的物品也會很快送到客房，滿意滿意，下次選擇酒店還選全季！

房間乾淨衞生，語音控制很方便，電視清晰度很好，發熱馬桶好舒服，早餐挺好吃的，我晚了點去吃，服務員還是很熱情叫我吃，説沒關係，前台小姐姐們也親切、舒服周到，估計下次出遊還會選華住會！

帶孩子來武漢玩，住的這裏，離地鐵口比較近，房間很乾凈，全智能的，很方便，服務也很好，看到我們帶的孩子免費升級了商務大床房，非常推薦，孩子特別喜歡機器人送餐。

入住這家酒店服務挺好的，續住了一天，前台小王幫忙打印文件很貼心，打印後她跟我説可以撤回文件消息，保密措施挺不錯的。幫朋友也預訂了兩間房，幫忙做了免費升級，安排在一層樓很方便。出行的時候小王還會提醒我們，外面下雨了，小心地滑。服務很貼心，地理位置也不錯，距離黃鶴樓啊，夢時代商場都很近，房間乾淨衞生，設施設備齊全挺新的，還有小機器人送東西服務不錯。酒店自己有自己的洗衣機烘乾機。還可以幫忙洗，送房間，服務很到位。一次不錯的入住體驗，推薦入住[旺柴]

房間乾淨，早餐不錯，服務優秀！尤其是前台💁🏻小姐姐們🉐特別表揚，熱情又不會太過。
酒店對小朋友有另外的拖鞋跟洗漱用品，樓下有機器人送貨上門，房間有家居智能控制，餅乾跟糖果🍬也挺好👌🏻是可以一直選擇的酒店🏨

房間非常寬敞，雙床房兩個人住很舒適。各類設施齊全，可投屏電視和小夜燈很人性化，空調製熱良好，一點也不覺得冷，洗手間很乾凈，熱水充足，日常一次性物品補充很及時。服務人員態度很好，熱心分享了武漢旅遊攻略。好評好評！下次還會訂全季！

帶孩子來武漢玩，選一家比較新的酒店，住了四天，房間乾淨舒適，乾燥温暖，每次進房間都覺得很舒服，床挺大的，兩個人睡也不覺得很擠。房間裏物資補充及時，打掃的很乾凈。淋浴的水很大很暖和，非常舒服。馬桶圈一直是熱的，很舒適。
出去玩遇到了大雨，羽絨服都濕了，用了酒店的洗衣房烘乾，非常方便。洗的衣服也被阿姨很妥帖的收在框裏了。
前台服務熱情，進出都會和我們打招呼，十分親切，點的外賣快遞都有機器人來送，每天遊玩結束，在大堂裡帶一杯咖啡回房間，驅散一天的疲憊~
這次的武漢之旅因為這家酒店加分不少，是一家簡單、親切、有歸屬感的酒店~
這是第一次選全季，但是非常喜歡、百分滿意！
