住了兩個晚上，第二天換房新買的洗面奶放在洗臉池沒帶走，當天晚上就給前台打電話説找一下回復我到第二天都沒有回電話，第二天上午又打了兩個電話，依然沒有回電，今天中午又打電話找他們告訴我沒找到，也沒有任何處理方式，找不找不到現在都不想計較了，就不回複電話，讓客人一直主動打，這個服務真的一言難盡！
還有就是房間電話不能用，自己插了電話線也不能用，還是在網上找的電話打過去的。一系列服務和回覆挺氣人的

太吵，晚上休息還行，早晨一大早各種聲音就出來了，隔壁退房的清潔阿姨全程大聲在打電話還是幹嘛，真的吵的頭疼，起床都是嗡嗡的，建議早晨工作對於人員加強培訓，對於價格來説還是可以的房間設施啥的，都還可以，性價比較高，

五一期間這個價格真的很良心了，從南京回來的路上路過蕪湖，準備臨時找個地方休息下，房間環境還可以，比較乾淨，位置很好找，正好在商圈附近，早上出門取車也很方便，前台小姐姐雖然很忙但也很有禮貌，很滿意嗯一次體驗～
