房間整體還可以，老闆娘服務態度很好，因為氣候原因導致感冒了，老闆娘還送來退燒葯，關於五台山的旅遊注意事項，她也會給你耐心一一解答，總之有一種回家的感覺

首次五台之行，有緣入住鳳林谷客棧，客棧環境好，位置優越，離殊像寺很近，大概有八九百米的距離，出行方便，最關鍵的是老闆隨和熱情，有求必應，車接車送，不厭其煩，切實是賓之如歸，以後再去首選入住。

位置優越，在核心景區中間，且就在殊像寺後面，從殊像寺公交步行到五爺廟都很近。設施方便，吃住一體，無論早晚，老闆都可以為你起來煮飯炒菜，老闆古道熱腸，非常熱情，車接車送，不厭其煩，親如家人，不僅住店的事，就像到太原到忻州的順風車等份外事，老闆也是熱心幫忙聯繫，價格實惠公道。總之，家的感覺。温馨之旅。

非常好的一次體驗，五月份曾想去五台山。查了攜程，發現這家客棧評分高達4.8，而且口碑也很好。於是打電話聯繫，當時估計是老闆娘接的電話，很熱情地介紹了客棧情況。後來因為客觀原因沒有預訂，直到最近才再次聯繫預訂，老闆娘依然熱情，並表示到了殊像寺跟她聯繫，她派車接我（殊像寺到客棧大概是5、6百米）。客棧是一個家族經營的，人都很熱情。房間乾淨整潔，環境安靜。客棧有自己的餐廳，飯菜可口量很大。唯一不足的是，網絡稍差這也是五台山的通病。
