GOOD LOCATION NEAR NANCHANG STREET AND NICE VIEW~! BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT IF HAVE ANY EVENTS THE STAFF CANNOT COPE. LOVE THE WASHING MACHINE IN THE ROOM - TOILET IS ABIT SMALL THOUGH, LIKE JAPAN.

We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

I would recommend the hotel for other foreign travellers. I appreciated very much, that even some people of the breakfast staff spoke English. Makes it much easier for guests, which cannot speak Mandarin. Everything else also on a very good standard.

Service: Check-in during the National Day holiday was also very smooth. Linda at the front desk saw that we were with our baby and took the initiative to help upgrade the corner room. The room was much larger with a 2.3m king-size bed (a bed that was put together). The other ladies at the front desk were also very nice. They would smile and say hello when they saw the baby. The doorman would take the initiative to help open the door and take the luggage, which was also great~ Executive courtesy: The executive floor is on the 38th floor, with a good view (Figure 2), where you can see the canal. The executive lounge has afternoon tea (fruit drinks, wine, desserts) and dinner happy hour (pasta, stir-fried dishes, wine, drinks...). There are not many people for afternoon tea during holidays, but you need to queue up for dinner. There are many people but it is relatively orderly, and the dishes are replenished in a timely manner. Geographic location: It is very convenient to drive, take a taxi, and take the subway. Wudu Road Station of Metro Line 4 is downstairs.

I came to Wuxi for a 2-day trip during the Qingming Festival. As an IHG member, I usually choose Crowne Plaza/InterContinental. I visited Huishan Ancient Town on the first day. I searched nearby and found the Crowne Plaza was the closest, so I went there to stay. The front desk lady Echo Si was kind and sweet. Because I used points to redeem room upgrades on Ctrip, the lady immediately helped me make the best choice. Nai Si! The room was on the 19th floor and was big enough. However, I have a small complaint that the room had a peculiar smell. It felt like it came from the carpet. The hardware facilities were relatively old and the air conditioning temperature was not very low. Overall, the service was perfect, but the hardware was a little worse😅

The hotel is in a scenic location and very close to the Wuxi lake and Lingshan Buddha, the local food was great and the staff were very friendly. There were a few downsides, the all-day dining restaurant was closed, the restaurants in the village closed very early and very few staff spoke English or even knew who to direct us to for help. The staff however, after a few mistakes, went out of their way to help us and resolve some of the issues. The gentleman working at the pool area was great, the swimming pool and billiard room were awesome. The village had many shows throughout the day, many cafes and a lot of cute cats that were really friendly.

Room facilities: • Comfortable bedding: Sheraton's signature beds are usually soft to the touch and can provide a high-quality sleeping experience, allowing guests to get a good rest after a tiring day. • Large room area: Spacious, for example, the deluxe king room starts at 38 square meters, with open space that will not make people feel depressed, and some rooms are equipped with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with a good view, which can take in the bustling city of Wuxi, and some rooms can overlook the beautiful mountains of Huishan. Full facilities: The room is equipped with basic facilities and equipment, such as free wifi, to meet the daily needs of guests. Good service attitude: Hotel staff are enthusiastic and proactive, and will greet with a smile.

The transportation is convenient and the location is convenient. The hotel lobby is warm and comfortable, the rest area is generously laid out, and the customer service at the front desk also provides warm tea, which is great! The hotel room type is also relatively good, and the facilities are all available. It feels good to stay here! The customer service is also attentive! Hotel facilities and equipment The complete environment is very good and the sound insulation effect is also good. I will continue to stay here. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room layout is perfect, elegant yet elegant, and the service is considerate, which makes people feel extremely comfortable. It created a feeling of home for me, and the price was very reasonable. The hotel's waiters were all polite, warm and thoughtful.

Clean and tidy, with plenty of plugs and good facilities. Rich breakfast, good dining environment on the 23rd floor (with a view of Huishan), good surrounding environment, convenient shopping, not far from Huishan Ancient Town, easy to get a taxi, free and convenient parking. Highly recommended to everyone.

Old oriental style hotel witha rich history. Look majestic and grand on the outside. (Interior of hotel in many nooks n corners are poorly maintained) Room service is superb. Super comfortable n firm bed. Located right within 太湖 (taihu lake) so you can jog/walk around the beautiful lake and giant ferris wheel in the morning and take in the fresh air. With outdoor pool n gym. Hotel food is mainly big fancy chinese restaurants n buffet. No casual dining . No western selection except the high tea cafe which serves some sandwiches and pasta.
