前台服務態度很好，房間很乾凈整潔，位置比較好找，交通方便，酒店對面吃的比較多，就是早餐菜品比較少，員工一直玩手機，還用手去拿裏面的包子和蒸好的玉米，感覺太不衞生

桌底下居然有跳蚤，半夜十一點多電話前台處理，方案是用殺蟲劑消殺，因為酒店客滿都是第二天要去隔壁學校考試，沒法換房間。咬了一腳的包，幾乎無眠的一晚，各方面真的超級差！！！

優點:
1. 非常乾淨，叔叔阿姨們打掃很認真。 紙杯等一次性用具有封口的塑料袋。早餐餐廳的阿姨們態度好，衞生也好。
2. 安全有保障，地理位置在居民區。房門有雙鎖。視頻裏可見，除了門內反鎖外，還有一個獨立的機械式門閂，在外面無法打開，用着放心。
3. 設施較齊全，枱燈，水壺/茶葉，一次性拖鞋/電蚊香，香皂/牙具/梳子等，還有特色的兩面針二合一洗髮沐浴露。熱水穩定。
4. 生活方便，對面就是小吃一條街，旁邊有葯房，銀行等。前台可以代收快遞，外賣可以送上樓。
5. 免按金直接入住。畢竟國營企業，流程辦理正規。
缺點:
1. 電梯每到3樓時，就有一聲異常的金屬摩擦響，導致噪音較大，在走廊和房間內都聽得清楚。電梯來來回回，當晚睡眠受到較大影響。
由於還靠近清掃工作間，白天阿姨們打掃時也難免有沖水聲和説話聲。
好在經過協商，第二天前台幫忙升級了遠離電梯和工作間的標間，雖然靠邊但很安靜，睡得挺好。
2. 雖然乾淨，但設施略顯老套，應該與裝修時間早有關。但是價格較便宜。感覺像是，用十年前的價格，住十年前的高級酒店，哈哈。

這家錦江之星是老店了，好多年前住過，這次給到錫的長輩訂房，也訂在了這裏，雖是老店，但是好在價格優惠，衞生也到位，早餐略微簡單，服務真是一流，小問題都能及時幫忙解決。入住的都是長者，行動不便，前台幫忙拿行李，送入房間，離店時還幫忙訂了火車票，真的是十分暖心。

乾淨衞生，住得很舒心，朝北的房間特別安靜。雖然酒店看着有些年頭了，但是因為是連鎖店，所以各方面服務還是很到位的。酒店的對面有一條商業街，到了夜裡，裏面特別熱鬧，各種小吃應有盡有。
