以後不會再住維也納，一直以為是品牌酒店，沒想到連停車場都沒有，當晚入住很晚了，特意把車鑰匙放在前台，幫忙挪車，半夜兩點打電話喊我下樓挪車，簡直無語😑，以後不會再訂維也納，浴室淋浴頭支架輕輕一碰就掉了，簡直沒有使用

房間非常寬敞，明亮又乾淨，服務也非常好，還有機器人送外賣🥡，酒店的位置很繁華，下面就有超市和飯店，還有商場和大型購物中心，眺望太湖美景，

環境：非常好 衞生：衞生很乾凈 設施：很齊全 服務：非常到位

入住還好，最主要是12點就房卡消磁了！然後讓前台加磁還是不行，上上下下跑了幾趟，差點高鐵沒有趕上，

打比賽選擇住這裏。早餐品種選擇不多，味道也一般。電梯特別慢。為了趕時間和孩子誤入了樓梯間。沒想到每層從樓梯間再到樓裏面都需要密碼，當時可把我們急壞了。在我們大聲的呼喊下工作人員聽到給我們開了門。這種設計太危險了。萬一有人不知道為了快點兒想走樓梯結果反倒被鎖，還沒有應急電話！

服務非常好，太湖風景也美，風光無限，十衹畫船停何處，洞庭山腳太湖心。詩人筆下的太湖，人美景美心美，值得再來

房間可以，比較寬敞，前台服務到位，能主動繼水，並安排了早點，主要是衞生乾淨，不錯，下次可以再來入住。
