酒店隔音非常不好，一整晚沒睡好。隔壁房間放水洗澡聲，樓道其他房間關門聲都聽得非常清晰。這是住過最差的ibis. 哎……下次來無錫，不會再入住。

地理位置：首先酒店位置距離南禪寺/南長街都還有距離，距離地鐵站步行還需15-20分鐘，位置較遠。酒店位置偏遠且沿馬路，即使是靠近居民側也是嘈。
設施：作為華住會旗下連鎖酒店，沒有熨衣板和熨斗實在無法讓人理解，酒店一樓提供掛燙機？可掛燙機的熨燙板，一來不平整，二來出的蒸汽完全無法熨平衣物，完全是擺設的純在，完全無法熨燙衣物。無法為商務旅客提供便捷的熨燙服務，連外面最便宜的賓館都提供最基本的熨衣板和熨燙機，不知道是宜必思尚品級別不夠不給旅客提供最基本的熨燙機還是所有華住會成員酒店都不提供熨燙機。
服務：服務很及時，能借到數據線等最基本的服務。

房間內還有煙頭沒有清掃乾淨，衞生較差。空調外機聲音大，晚上很吵。價格和服務不成對比，不建議！

差，非常差。雖然酒店的定位號稱是高於漢庭的，但實際體驗並沒有。甚至不如普通的宜必思，是我住過城市當中差的。首先衞生不好，床品也不舒服，而且早餐還很差。可能不會再選擇這個品牌了

大家入住一定要留意此酒店晚上23點後可能無熱水洗澡，入住兩天，第一天回房23點後洗澡水温不熱，第二天晚上直接是冷水了，撥打前台詢問告知水壓問題已經在維修了，等待1小時後仍然是冷水，最後前台直接回復無法解決，來旅遊遊玩一天疲憊想洗個熱水澡最後無熱水，外面還是零下6度，這種事情真是第一次碰到，宜必思作為全國連鎖酒店就是這樣的品質！訂酒店的時候還有贈送下午茶以及晚間雞尾酒，酒店説這是要自己去前台要的，第一次碰到贈送服務需要自己去要的，沒有誠意的服務就不要寫在服務內容裏！

酒店環境不錯，服務很好，進入酒店，工作人員主動問好，提供茶水。前台辦入住主動詢問我的入住需求，按照我的要求幫我安排了房間，非常安靜。停車也很方便，有自帶的停車場，免費停車。房間內也是乾淨整潔的，很舒適，早餐的品種很多樣，吃的很飽，睡得也香，給了我元氣滿滿的一天。非常值得推薦哦
