The hotel location is great. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The direct entrance to the hotel lobby is under construction so we have to cross a bridge with our luggage. But the staff come out to help us carry the luggage to cross the bridge. It helps so much. And they even borrow us umbrella once it starts raining.

This is a great hotel with great location and excellent service. This hotel really surprised us with the feeling of so homely, we will definitely come back to Atour in our next visit.

地理位置還是很優秀的
出門秒到南長街 吃喝不愁
就是最近酒店外圍在裝修
停車免費 廣場上停好走過一個小橋看到賀弄就到了
大堂就是亞朵典型的圖書館造型
很安靜 服務很nice有歡迎茶
一共三層樓 外觀古色古香
房間內都是智能設備
床款也很好睡 尤其是枕頭
衞生間也很大
洗手池美中不足 高度導致洗手全部會濺出
其他都很滿意 下次有機會再來
值得這個價錢

房間很好，服務熱情，處理問題很及時，早餐也非常好，地理位置優越，步行至南長街衹需要三分鐘路程，打卡網紅景點便捷，今後有機會還會來住

五一期間入住，1.8m大床房，一晚800多，總體性價比不高，先説優點：1.服務態度很好，入住期間任何需求響應很快，而且免費升級了房型；2.位於南長街核心地段，方便逛街。再説缺點：1.酒店不好找，酒店需要步行到達，在大堂外圍有施工圍擋堵住一側進出口的情況下，酒店沒有提前告知，且服務員對酒店周邊情況基本不瞭解，電話中一路指引幾乎是雞同鴨講，完全靠自己摸索才找到酒店，極度影響心情；2.酒店一共衹有三層，一二層的客房普遍不通透，一開始入住的房間，窗户打開直接就是其他建築，很壓抑；3.設施設定不合理，衞浴間和廁所不相連的情況下，電燈開關是共用的，等於一開就是兩盞燈，對於睡眠不好的人很不友好，抽水馬桶很難沖，智能馬桶蓋衹有一個按鈕，沒有文字説明，自動加熱，後在總枱指引下，衹能拔掉插頭。

優點：1.離南長街真的很近，隨時隨地可以逛。2.房間很大，住起來很舒適，很安靜，為休息提供了很好的條件。3.房間冰箱裏的飲品是贈送的，是亞朵自己的茶飲，無糖，喝起來還不錯。4.早餐品種不多，但是味道還是不錯。5.可以免費停車，很適合開車來旅遊的遊客。缺點：1.和景點共用停車場，遇到飯點停進去靠運氣，等臨停車走了才會有位置可停，這點來説不太方便。

位置十分方便，去哪裡都很方便。乾淨貼心安全，比很多五星級大酒店性價比高多了。無錫不比廣州，吃飯其實不太方便，住這裏剛好彌補了廣東人吃方面的挑剔
