The family was hospitalized in Xijing Hospital. I saw that your apartment has a kitchen available on the Internet. It is very convenient to bring your own kitchenware. The yard can be parked. Although 1.5/time, it is much cheaper than other 200 yuan hotels. There are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Downstairs is the subway exit A. A ten-minute walk to Xijing Hospital. The hotel is fully equipped and there is a refrigerator available. The cleaning sister is active, enthusiastic and professional, making people feel at home. I am very satisfied with my stay for five days. Thank you!

Our stay was pleasant until the checkout experience, which left us deeply disappointed. When we approached the reception desk to check out, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. He spoke in Chinese, which we couldn’t understand, and repeatedly mentioned the app Trip.com. When I showed him my Trip.com booking, he took my phone without permission and went straight to the hotel review section, clicking “all excellent” ratings on my behalf. We were shocked by this behavior and immediately told him that as a receptionist, it is inappropriate and unethical to fill out a guest’s review. This incident ruined an otherwise enjoyable stay, and we hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their staff’s professionalism.

A beautiful hotel, felt welcome as soon as we walked into the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. We received a complementary gift bag containing snacks and biscuit shaped in the local main sights, along with a hand drawn map of Xi’an city. The room was nicely decorated, there was a complementary face and eye mask in the room which was a nice touch. The location was very central, with all main sights in the city no more than 10-15 minutes walk away. Having a self service laundry room with 2 washing machines and a tumble drier was a real bonus.

This is a great hotel majestically located beside a subway station and opposite a street food heaven and shopping complex. This hotel is dated but it exudes greatness and warmth. All the hotel staff are very friendly, helpful , accomodative and radiates good attitude. The rooms are well decorated, spacious well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was superb, the restaurants serve anthentic Contonese dishes and dim sum, while the fusion grill house serves great pirk chops. Looking for to bring my family to stay here during our holidays

Our hotel location is so convenient and easy to go around. Using the underground tunnel we able to go three different sections where we can find food easily as well as kaiyuan shopping area. The breakfast spread is fantastic, coffee beans from Luckin coffee without saying this.. the coffee is best. The dumplings noodles where the cook will prepare and varieties of noodles to choose from. Western and Chinese food are well prepared. The staffs are attentive and provide us with the necessary care and even provide informative guide on where to find food. We even book our train drop off in the hotel and the price was reasonable. Love the service and they front office staff was helpful.

Our trip to Xian and stay at Ramada Bell tower hotel was very comfortable as its location and service was just perfect the rooms were nice and clean and it is located centrally with walking distance to most of the attractions and Subways which can take you to Terra Cotta too. Our lovely host Mary Wong also made us feel very comfortable and went extra mile to make our stay comfortable and suggested good places to visit too.

An amazing hotel situated in a great location. The staff were incredible, in particular Jack and Andy, they couldn’t help me any more than they did.. Due to flight delays I was given a free 4pm check out, free upgrade on arrival and the breakfast was amazing, loved this place!

I definitely recommend this hostel! I booked a ten people room because I wanted enough space to leave my suitcase on the floor. At first I was unsure whether that's too many people in one room, but everything is so big and clean, I prefer this over other hostels I've been in! Overall the hostel is very clean and they have great accommodation. There is a big common area (sometimes a bit loud though) where they even have live music sometimes. They also have a quieter reading room. The bathroom and showerroom are very clean and spacious. Another great thing is the reception. They are all very friendly and fluent in English! When I wanted to add one more night, Cindy was so nice and booked it for me in less than 2 minutes! The only thing that could be better is the ventilation in rooms. In my room the air felt a bit ”stuffy” sometimes. I also had some problems with the WiFi in the common room area, at times it was very slow. I definitely recommend this hostel to anyone who wants to stay in Xi'An for a while! Because I had such a great experience here, I also booked the Desti hostel in Chengdu for my next travel.

Glad to select this hotel for my stay. Most of my shopping is done at this area. Conveniently located in a small alley right beside Bell Tower. A short 1-2 mins walk to MRT entrance/Bell Tower which is the pickup area for day tour. It's a 5 mins walk to Muslim Street / Haidilao. Luomashi pedestrian street, Kai Yuan Mall, KFC, McD, Chagee, 7-11 are all around the corner. I tried the HanFu Experience from one of the shops nearby. Room size is decent and clean with necessary amenities refilled everyday. Bottled water, tea bags, coffee packs are provided daily. WiFi works well with our devices. Breakfast consists of pastries, Sunny side-up, cereal, porridge, fruits, salad and Live cook station. Simple but sufficient for daily energy fuel up. Staffs are friendly and able to accommodate my request for having 2 rooms next to each other. I checked in at 2:30AM and it took only few mins to complete the process - superb after a long flight. There are a few convenience stalls below the hotel and many eateries along the tunnel street to main road.
