The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to transportation, dining, and attractions. The property itself is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. My room was spacious, modern, and equipped with excellent amenities—everything I needed was thoughtfully provided. What truly stood out was the outstanding service, led by Xiao Ling. Her attention to detail, warm hospitality, and proactive approach were remarkable. She and her team were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. Xiao’s leadership clearly reflects in the staff’s dedication—they made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. We stayed four nights at the end of April, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The room was immaculately clean and the shower excellent. Breakfast choices varied every day, mostly Chinese but some toast & pastries. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our only complaints are lack of a proper window which meant using A/C to ventilate the room, and no remote control for the smart toilet.
