We had a great stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location. Only a short walk away from the ancient city wall, bell tower, drum tower, and Muslim quarter. If you’re in Xi’an, definitely book a stay at this place. It’s great ☺️

I didn’t experience any issues during my stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. A welcome drink is offered when checking in.
The location is about a 17-minute walk from the metro station, but it’s in a very quiet and peaceful area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well soundproofed, and daily cleaning is done very thoroughly. The lobby is cozy and calm, and they serve hand-brewed tea.
Breakfast is offered and is quite good, with options you can choose yourself. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The hotel position is really good, full of restaurants and amenities. The room with city view that we choose was kind and quite good. The hotel offered us one cappuccino during our staying and it tasted delicious!

Great Hotel Close to the Old Town!
This hotel is an excellent choice! The location is fantastic – very close to the Old Town, which allows for easy walks and exploring the charm of the area.
The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and everything in them is in proper working order. It's simply a good, solid place to stay.
I highly recommend it!

Great location at a walkable distance from both the city walls and the xi'an museum & pagodas. The laundry room with both washing machines and driers is a great plus. Amazing value for money, considering the services and the room size.

A Fantastic Stay
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent — relatively central, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The reception was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
Our family room was fantastic: two spacious bedrooms, two toilets, and a section with a fridge. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the room felt bright and inviting.
One of the standout features was the free laundry facilities, complete with generous supplies of detergent — a thoughtful touch that made our stay even easier. On checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a small gift, which was a lovely gesture.
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Even with limited English, they went out of their way to assist us and ensure we had everything we needed.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We left feeling impressed, comfortable, and very well looked after.All for an impressive price on trip.com
