A very warm welcome on arrival and throughout the stay from courteous and attentive staff. Rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. Within the city walls and so perfect for strolls around the historic city.

Excellent location! Right in the middle of the South Gate area. From the roof top you are literally 15 yards away from the ancient city wall. I loved it that I could wave at the tourists walking on the walk while holding a beer.
Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Afternoon tea was very good and they would deliver to your room.
This is a very lovely boutique hotel and we were glad we booked it.

設計感很強，作為奢華版民宿，實際是精品主題酒店，中庭的天井設計的很巧妙，既是房間的採光麪，又能通過天井和透明魚池把陽光引入到負一層，二樓觀景麪比較好的地方並沒有設計房間而是把這個觀景麪留給了公共空間，照顧到客人的體驗，淮陽菜品價格雖高但質量不錯，唯一不足的是沒有專屬停車位，中央空調在這個季節衹能出熱風，不開空調還是有些悶。5樓露台應該給客人刷卡可以直接登頂，這樣通過服務員刷房卡 效率太低，因為能夠住這樣高端酒店的客人素質都會比較高，不必卡的太死。

工作人員的服務很棒很熱情 贈送的下午茶可以送去房間 也可以在樓頂露台邊看周圍的景觀邊喝下午茶 下次去西安還會選擇這裏

首先覺得五一期間定的房價非常不值，性價比不高，早上起來眼睛好像被蟎蟲還是其他蚊蟲叮咬腫了。
早上趕高鐵讓送到房間多早餐都是涼的，可以説是很難吃。作為一家千元酒店，實在是不應該。
房間空調一晚上都很響，可能是沒有陽光，整個房間在五月份這個天氣還很陰冷。
房間基本設備還可以，前台也還算熱情。
總之體驗感非常一般，完全比不上星級酒店的服務。

酒店設計現代的同時富有一種歷史感，酒店位置非常好在城牆下，鐘樓傍邊，房間簡約大氣空間很大很衞生還有個小浴缸和一個榻榻米。
英式下午茶:酒店特色項目英式下午茶種類多多，點心滋味純正色香味俱全無比誘人。酒店服務也是非常的棒下午茶和早餐都幫我們送到屋裡供我們享受，酒店客服服務態度也是非常好有任何問題幾乎都是第一時間回答並解決，還幫我多延了一個小時退房。真心推薦
