I have stayed with my family before and it was a good experience...but I was really disappointed this time. I stayed in room 410. Downstairs is the hotel's dining room, which keeps making noise until after ten o'clock. In addition, various noises from cleaning up continue until ten forty. It is simply impossible to sit and read the information. When getting ready to lie down on the bed, I pull a woman's hair from the corner of the quilt and hit it. I got on the phone and came over with the cleaning lady and explained that it might have been caused by my own hair when they were changing the bed sheets. As a result, I pulled a small hair on the door, and then there was a hair on the back of the pillow... Finally, I changed the bed sheets, and the whole thing was done. Not in the mood... What's even more outrageous is that there is human hair (not hair) on the side of the sink. All in all, I am very disappointed... Even if the hotel bathroom is very well decorated, the automatic toilet is also a plus, the hot water comes out quickly, the hotel parking lot is convenient, etc. These advantages cannot offset the two shortcomings of hygiene and noise heard in the room. I am very disappointed.

How did the score of 4.8 come about? The breakfast is not as good as Hanting's. I don't care if the food is cold. I don't care if my elder brother drinks milk cold. I had 5 quarrels at breakfast in two days. The waiters are rubbish. The dishes are poor and there are not many things. The room is big enough, the air conditioning is average, and the noise is loud. Poor sound insulation. I haven’t rated Ctrip’s hotels for so many years, but I don’t care if they are just about the same. How can such a rubbish hotel get a high score? Still considered 4 stars? This quality is more than 400?

The interior facilities of the room are old, the layout is also very strange, the lighting is dim, the sound insulation is poor, there is a cigarette butt left by someone in the toilet after entering the door, the toothbrush is losing hair...

在這裏住了5天，前兩天是跟團，住的大床房，一進去就被驚訝住了，這跟團的住宿標準也太高了吧，温馨乾淨，全屋智能控制，東西忘帶了，還會主動聯繫我，從千裡外幫我寄回廣東，包裝得有很嚴實。 後面3天是自己單獨定的雙床房，也是一樣的好，這裏還要説一點，免費給我升級了大面積的雙床房，為什麼還續訂，因為實在太好，太實在了。 我定的套餐是沒有早餐的，但是酒店送了我3天早餐，雙人，雖然最後我都沒去吃成，因為睡懶覺😂 下午茶也是準時送達，心中無限感動和温暖，對於出外旅行的人，是最讓人倍感欣慰的事情，住的好，就休息的好，心情身體也就跟着好了。 無論是清潔阿姨還是前台小哥哥小姐姐，態度都是那麼温和耐心。下次去還是會去這個酒店，另外離地鐵也近，出行都很方便。 設施：合理，空間大。 衞生：打掃及時，很乾凈。 環境：安靜，舒適 服務：温馨耐心

非常難得的一次西安之旅！如果一開始就住在這家酒店，一定會再住幾天。酒店是新開的，床品也都是新的，特別乾淨舒適，房間智能設施齊全。住在這裏，心情非常好！酒店免費升級了房間，離開時給有小禮物贈送，非常貼心。下次一定還會住在這裏！

設施：設備設施非常的新，並且全智能化，還有送物的機器人，有點可愛！ 衞生：衞生打掃的非常徹底，乾淨整潔，是我喜歡的風格 環境：環境優美，有免費的停車場，還有出行提示牌，很貼心❤️ 服務：前台服務熱情，很專業，入住的時候還給送了2杯暖暖的薑汁可樂，很暖心❤️

住了5晚，一切都很舒服，房間內還有空氣凈化器，這是我住過這麼多酒店裡很少見的，酒店離西安北站、大明宮遺址公園很近。
