Huge rooms just as advertise with a full size bath tub and a 'soak' tub. Separate shower and WC. My first time experiencing smart toilet with remote control. Recommended.

I was very satisfied with the location of the hotel when I traveled with my baby on May Day. It was very convenient to see nearby attractions. I received a piece of fruit when I checked in, and there was also supper porridge in the evening. I usually have a light sleep, but this time the room was very quiet👍

This is the second time I have stayed here and once again it was a fabulous place to stay, here is why... Great location to park with running track, local shops and noodle places. Very friendly staff, although they don't speak English (and I too don't speak Mandarin), they always find a way to support and be extremely helpful. The rooms are comfortable, not great for office or laptop work in the basic rooms but everything works well and is comfortable. Big value for money as well!

My first time to Xi'An, and the hotel was in an amazing location. Right across the street from the south side of the City walls, and a literal 2 minute walk from the metro station exit A. Room was amazingly big, and heating was great. I personally prefer cooler weather so I just turned off the heater and opened the window to sleep. Thanks to 小秦 for accommodating my late check out since my flight out was late at night. 10/10 would come back here if I was coming to Xi'an.

This environment and this price are absolutely ok! The price-performance ratio is very high. I booked a double bed room. When I went to the front desk to go through the formalities, I asked if I could change it to a standard room. The front desk agreed directly. We were also given a free breakfast for the next day, which was very rich, including steamed buns, fried dough sticks, fried rice, milk, soy milk, etc. It is no exaggeration to say that the environment and the more than 20 varieties of breakfast are worth it. When we checked out the next day, the little girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic and didn't let us wait any longer at the front desk. She just gave us the room card and left. The room was very large and the air conditioning was turned on for us in advance. It was very warm. The service was very attentive and heart-warming.

There is a subway station in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The front desk is also very friendly. It's just that the laundry room and the gym are together, which feels weird. There are two washing machines and two dryers. There is no place to sit and queue. You can only sit on the fitness equipment and wait. If you wash clothes at night, you have to be prepared to dry the clothes until midnight 😂 I am very satisfied with other places except the laundry room.

Very close to the city wall. For the city wall, the nearest door is Jianguomen. The parking lot is large and there are plenty of parking spaces. The restaurant is bright and spacious, and the TV screen is oversized. The room was clean, the front desk lady was very good, the room staff was really kind, the gold was not ignorant, we found our watch after checking out, immediately called us, this is particularly touched. For people who are away, it is the greatest luck to meet a good person. How fortunate to live in Tangdu, meet here in Shangpin!

The service at Barcelo Hotel is excellent. Entering the hotel is like entering your own home. The front desk staff Xiao Zhang is very polite. The housekeeper serves tea and water. Tissues and other items that may be needed are placed next to the front desk in the lobby. Mineral water is placed everywhere for guests to drink at will. This is a rare service in domestic five-star hotels. It really treats guests like family members... The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel makes exquisite and delicious morning tea. The restaurant has strong business capabilities and considers customers. When you come here to eat, you can enjoy delicious food and bathe in friendly warmth. The hotel also has a drop-off service, and you can also call a taxi. Next time I come, I will still choose Barcelo. It is the home I look forward to on the journey. Location: Very close to the south gate of Xi'an Jiaotong University and close to the food street. There are many delicious food in the evening. It is more than 500 meters away from the subway and can be walked or cycled. But I think the bus is the most convenient. The nearest bus stop is only about 70 meters away. I stayed for two nights and came back from the Bell Tower and Datang Evernight City by bus. Service: A small shadow puppet is given as a gift upon check-in. The hotel provides four bottles of mineral water, which is great. You don’t need to buy extra mineral water when you go out to play. And the two cans of drinks and snacks in the freezer are free. Some hotels will not provide you with new toothbrushes and slippers when you clean up the next day because you stay for two or three days in a row, but here they are all replaced with new ones, which is very popular! Environment: Overall it's pretty good, the decoration is simple and elegant. A slight drawback is that the TV wall is a bit dirty in some places, but it does not affect the overall effect. Overall, the price/performance ratio is quite high. It's not far from the city's scenic spots, and it's much more comfortable to stay than in similarly priced scenic hotels.
