入住前打電話給前台，前台不聽電話，換班的人拽的要死，然後前台和住的樓層不是同一棟，簡直逆天。入住後沒有房間沒有衣架，晾不了衣服，續住一天，第二天回來發現衞生沒搞，牙具和毛巾也不換新的，還要我去打電話給前台催叫阿姨搞衞生，而且是催了兩次。續住瞭然後前台還問我先生你是續住嗎？我是真不懂了，為什麼他不會查後台，是真無語了，什麼都要我告訴他

酒店位置很好，邊上有湖裡萬達廣場，離海邊及五緣灣濕地公園很近，房間也不錯，loft大床，樓下客廳，樓上床，精緻，住的很舒服！
