位置繁華#位於中山街對於想要去各個景點的地方都很近，而且離中山街特別近晚上逛逛真的不錯#價格划算#三個人住真的超級划得來，而且酒店看我們三個人海免費幫我們升級了房間真的超貼心的，每天還有幫我們打掃太好了#服務好##房間寬敞##乾淨衞生#環境真的好，我從安徽來的真的很推薦啦哈哈

我直接從廈門站坐公交到思北，走幾步路就到酒店了。這裏也近中山路和八市，我們從八市過來，就十分鐘步行路程。前台服務態度也可以，衞生環境還可以，沒有異味。我們訂了三天，每天都有人把我們換垃圾桶，如果床上沒東西，還會把你疊被子。總體來説，不錯不錯!

服務很好，樓下就是公交站，出門打車可以直接到樓下，離八市中山路鼓浪嶼都很方便，房間性價比也很高，值得一住，主要是前台很熱情，問什麼都耐心解答

3號白天因指出店內不打掃衞生，被保潔店長罵。老闆主動提出可免費入住3號一晚，以補償3號白天被工作人員惡劣辱罵，我確實貪小便宜，想着3號免費住一晚之前兩天發生的衞生臟亂差，被店長惡意指責，就算了。如果不是因為3號免費住，因店長態度差本已打算平台上我付款部分手續費退房。這整棟樓，附近很多同檔次住宿。
3號晚蒙在鼓裡的我還問之後續住是否有優惠（自己貪小便宜被騙大虧），這交易成功的一單其實就是被店家“免費入住”誤導，誆騙成功的。
重點：3號下午店家主動提出免費住一晚，必須網上取消訂單，線下和他們溝通（千萬不要上當！）相當於脱離了平台保障（他們會以免費一晚，告知平台已解決）。3號與店家通過攜程溝通，4號入住完後可以免費取消訂單。結果4號住好以後馬上變臉房費需全額付，訂單不可取消（我女生一人出行，不想招惹麻煩已全額付款）（我和攜程都分別有錄音為證，店家主動提出免費住也是通過攜程平台）所以看評論來的朋友們一定要看他家差評，我就後悔之前沒有仔細看，好評水分多少，客人有差評苗頭就哄騙取消平台訂單。
衞生是個問題，但店家態度蠻橫，誆騙欺騙消費才是最主要原因！
店家總是企圖脱離平台，因4號上午翻臉不認免費補償單，不承認免費入住並要求我全額付款，態度惡劣的告知：不用跟他溝通，11:50分許在前台繼續咒罵併為自家保潔説話，店長態度非常極其差，酒店營業有成本的，憑什麼想要免費一晚（明明3號你們主動提的，出爾反爾言而無信還理直氣壯）.目前我已全額付款所有房費，被誆騙的一晚房費也付了。
此店幹擾誆騙讓我多住一晚，本來3號就想平台付個手續費退房，這樣誆騙多一晚，多收一晚房費，相信你們不是第一次，路過網友們千萬不要再上當了！怪不得週末節假日周邊酒店都滿房就他們有低價空房間！

酒店設施：衞生間裏的洗澡水非常給力，水流大。有礦泉水。三人間入住很好哦。
衞生：床鋪舒適、乾淨。床單被單乾淨整潔。
環境：周圍鬧中取靜，周邊有很多的特色美食。酒店離廈鼓碼頭月3公里距離 。2公里處有咖啡一條街。
前台的美女小姐姐和小帥哥很熱情，尤其是介紹酒店旁的阿寶水煮魚 、廈門特色小吃超級好吃，建議來旅遊的遊客一定品嚐。
