看得出來是星級酒店的標準，房間價格有優勢！工作人員還算熱情，配套比較齊全，美中不足的是設施都比較老舊了！
衞生間的水龍頭和浴缸裏面的淋浴噴頭，出來的水，都是黑色的，放了一會，水算是乾淨點，但是不管怎麼放，水裡麪都還是有肉眼可見的黑色沉澱物，不知道是鐵銹，還是泥沙！！！
熱水水壓低，洗澡不方便。問前台，前台説可能是之前維修了水管的，讓我們多放會水，但是放了半天，還是有黑色沉澱物，洗澡，刷牙洗臉都不方便！
床底下是衞生死角，有之前客人丟的垃圾，好在給客服中心打電話，及時派人來清理了。
枕頭上有之前的污漬沒洗乾淨，客服大姐及時給更換了。
門鎖和門框之間安裝不結實，感覺很鬆，也很脆弱，可能是年數久了的原因，感覺能一下被撞開的樣子，睡覺之前拿鐵凳子把門抵住的。
總體來説，這家老品牌的星級酒店還是不錯的，就是生活用水方面的問題，無法處理好，客人不方便洗漱，體驗感不算好。

酒店位置絕佳，就在襄陽火車站正對面，直接過街天橋下去就是。酒店據説是國字背景，經常接待承接團體住宿，安全性不用説，就這一點打敗很多周邊酒店。有主樓和附樓兩棟樓，總體來説主樓的條件好很多，附樓會出特價房，最便宜的時候90就能預訂。房間設施對得起價位，總體來説還是乾淨的，服務阿姨非常負責，態度很好，前台服務也是儘量解決住客的一切問題。如果過夜停靠，非常建議哈！入住期間酒店服務員們的親切友好留下了深刻的印象。

公務樓性價比很高，因為沒有圍牆，感覺安全性需要加強。攝像頭都沒有看到在哪裡，建議在最明顯的地方，多裝幾十個户外攝像頭，現在的攝像頭不需要佈線，衹需要插上電就可以用了。一個128G的攝像頭才140元，還可以手機調整角度，安裝在最明顯的地方，目的就是讓不法分子容易看到，這樣，顧客住的也安心一些，即使價格貴一點點，也是願意的。
