雙鶴賓館服務態度極差。説我兩次舉報。停電。上次説扣了她十塊錢。她説房間七十多塊錢很便宜。網上就是這個價格呀，她還不願意了。就很無語。還説超時一分鐘扣50塊錢，説自己賓館定價100多，網上70多，她覺得自己虧了！人家都是輕輕的敲門她特大聲敲門，説什麼做生意都不容易，很大聲的和我講話，態度極差，言語很惡劣！大床和雙床就差兩塊錢，她還在那不樂意了！覺得我很好欺負似的！
