The hotel is perfect for an overnight layover. The free shuttle was convenient. Staff was very diligent assisting us even though we can not speak Chinese. I was able to coordinate everything via WeChat. Hotel is clean and super comfortable.

Atour brand is consistently good. Modern rooms, comfortable bed and good service. They provide a shuttle to the airport which is very convenient.

在咸陽轉機選來選去了亞朵，誰知踩雷。床頭居然有上個房客留下的一個髮圈，上面都是長頭髮。難道做客房保潔的時候這都看不到？我甚至都懷疑床上用品是否更換過新的。半夜沒辦法衹能換了一間親子房。還有個插曲，準備入睡了，剛從接機的那個司機又打電話給我了，我以為啥東西拉車上了，結果接起來打錯了，他想打下一班飛機客人的，無語。唯一可圈可點的是前台的兩位服務人員還比較敬業周到。供各位想在西安轉機的朋友參考。

服務極差，特別是酒店前台！辦理手續速度較慢，答非所問。感覺這是個假的亞朵！辦理離店手續時，前台這個服務人員態度更惡劣，我説要開發票，她説不能打印，給個郵箱，讓我等一會，她需要確認郵箱是發送成功，然後，我在等，她在看電腦，很長時間了，我説好了沒？她説，你還有什麼事嗎？？？？？
