All aspects are relatively poor, the Internet is intermittent, and the environmental sanitation is not good. I feel that there is no quasi-four-star standard at all. It is not recommended that you choose to stay! Just the location is ok

愛特萊國際大酒店前台工作人員板起一張臉非常嚴肅面對客人沒有什麼笑臉。標準單人房間裏面燈帶燈光是明亮的，但是閲讀燈，鏡頭燈這些燈光按動牆面上智能控制面板始終沒有亮出故障了。洗手間裏面馬桶和噴頭沒有做乾濕分離，噴頭噴出來的水會淋濕馬桶蓋。第三個缺點就是沒有自助洗衣房，五一勞動節假期來興安縣城旅遊的遊客人流量非常大，有些客人來到愛特萊國際大酒店是要長期居住的，沒有洗衣機的話就不方便清洗衣服褲子，身上一直是臭烘烘的。我希望愛特萊國際大酒店未來能夠設立自助洗衣房，方便客人清潔服裝衣物。

1. 前台服務態度很差；2. 床單和地上都有頭髮，牀頭櫃裏還有喝過的礦泉水瓶，衞生極差；3. 5樓兩個電梯，一個停用，一個衹能按上不能按下；4. 隔音差，搞衞生的阿姨晚上11點還在走廊大聲説話

住的套房兩張1.8m床，可能這個房型住的人少，衹能説衞生情況比想象的更糟糕，桌面一層灰，茶几還殘留油漬，地毯灰塵瓜子皮一地，吹風機已經被燒得變形…房價在小縣城也不算便宜，近四百。房間兩瓶水喝沒了，因為當時不方便出去買，所以向前台再要一瓶，結果前台態度非常冷淡地説，房間配備兩瓶水的，喝完就沒有的！儘管水還是市面上一元一瓶的那種，衹能説管理真的是有問題，最差的一次住宿體驗沒有之一。

説到第二天了，第二天前台説空調搞好了，但是其實差別不大，還是冷，我就給前台打電話，多要了一床被子，算勉強度過，但是酒店設施雖然一般，但是服務人員態度非常贊，還有早餐，還是比較不錯的
