興化的這家如家位置挺好，但是設施比較舊了，走廊地毯非常臟，房間比較小，床鋪舒適度還可以的，馬桶之前有人用過了沒有沖，淋浴房地漏下水堵的，剛洗一會發現腳下積水，而且從馬桶邊另外一個地漏向外冒水，趕緊關水，等水下去一些再開水，衹能草草了事冷的要死。房間隔音非常差，半夜兩點多有人大聲説話，早上拉窗簾才發現這房間和隔壁房間共用一面窗户，貼着窗户能把手伸到隔壁房間，無語了

衞生一般，床頭櫃上還有沒擦乾淨的草莓汁，沾了一手，讓人不能接受的是洗澡水竟然是涼帶點温的，一點熱水都沒有，在這種零度天氣可想而知體驗感是有多差，個人不推薦，大家自行體會

首先這個酒店處理的速度有點拉垮，定的標間，兩張床穿單被套都沒有換，一張床上是私密處毛髮，一張床上是掉落的頭髮，眼睫毛，衞生間洗澡的地方也沒有沖洗，都是私密處毛髮，真蠻無語的，還是如家neo連鎖酒店，這麼垃圾，然後給前台打電話了，通知人上來換床單了，床墊換，不給我們換床單，也不給我們換枕套，還要我再三提醒下，才給我換，真夠拉垮的，大家慎重，晚上隔音也不好的，外面房間有人説話都聽得見。並且是十字路口，凌晨外面都要大車經過，發出噪音，入住這家請謹慎！！！
