MUYUN HOT SPRINGS HOTEL

This is my second time staying at a hotel in this park. Every staff member is warm, friendly, considerate and considerate, meeting six-star service standards. Compared with resort hotels of the same level in Sanya, the hotel is not large but has complete supporting facilities. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety. The children enjoyed it very much. The chef also gave the hotel a lot of points. The front desk gave me a souvenir when I finally checked out. Details determine success or failure. I will bring the elderly and children back to stay again in the future. I hope the hotel management will not forget its original intention. Suggestion: The washing cup looks good but is not practical. The mouth of the cup is too thick. When children use it to rinse their mouths, water leaks onto their clothes. It is also very uncomfortable for adults. It is recommended to replace the washing cup or use a disposable paper cup.

The style is simple and stylish. You can soak in hot springs when you go out. The private hot spring is very comfortable. The room is quiet. It is the first choice for vacation

The environment in the sports park is good. There are also some paid archery, horseback riding, karting, and motorcycle projects. The non-powered park will also be put into use soon. I know that the holiday is busy, but I can't be so perfunctory about hygiene! But fortunately, the front desk of the hotel handled it well the next day! I booked two rooms, both twin rooms. The hotel service is average. You have to put on the quilt yourself when you want to add a quilt. The air conditioner doesn't heat. I asked the staff to adjust it but it still didn't heat up. A few hours later, I found out that the air conditioner in the next room was not turned on. There are many biting red ants near the hot spring. I was bitten after sitting for a while (see picture). I asked the staff for disinfectant. Afterwards, I chatted with the staff. They knew there were many red ants near the hot spring, but no one reminded me. It's been 5 days and it hasn't healed. It's painful and itchy. There is no charging pile. It's very inconvenient to charge the electric car. As a luxury resort hotel, there are many problems

Advantages: The hotel has a sense of design and a very good environment. It is surrounded by lawns and green plants. The park is large and beautiful. The hot springs are clean and convenient. In terms of dishes, the Chinese restaurant is good, the pineapple pork is amazing, and the Western restaurant has a rich breakfast buffet with fresh ingredients. Disadvantages: It is mainly focused on service. Although there are problems such as low water flow from the room shower and random deductions due to power-assisted bicycle failure, they do not affect the mood, and poor service greatly reduces the experience. In general, most employees are very polite, but too shy. They are not proficient in business and have poor problem-solving skills. From the beginning of check-in, they only gave room cards, and all the rights and interests in the package were not guided on how to use them, and no scenic map was given, resulting in you having to actively consult for each right afterwards, and the front desk could not give a unified and accurate answer. The Sports Park did not tell me how to get there. The navigation drove out of the hotel scenic area and into the Sports Park scenic area, which wasted a lot of time, but in fact it is in the same scenic area as the hotel and can be reached on foot. The sightseeing bus did not give a bracelet. I was not told how to take the bus. After consulting, I was told that I could take the bus at the entrance of the gate at the hour and half-hour. However, I waited for 20 minutes until 37 minutes and still did not see it, so I had to give up. The archery site requires a ticket to enter, and the front desk did not give me one, so I had to look up the order content and negotiate with the other party. The time for the double western meal is marked as 11:00-22:00. I went to the front desk to consult at 14:30 and was told that the restaurant was closed and I could not eat. After showing the order content, the front desk negotiated with the restaurant and agreed to enter. However, the business hours at the entrance of the western restaurant clearly stated 11:00-22:00. In the end, it took an hour and a half for the dishes to be served. I don’t understand why it took so long for semi-finished and finished products, and almost all of them were not very delicious. I don’t recommend people who have this package to waste this time. These seemingly unimportant things actually delay the guests’ time, affect their mood, and greatly reduce the experience. I hope the hotel can strengthen employee training and not waste excellent design, hardware and landscape. However, the flaws do not outweigh the merits, and I deduct one star for improvement

The room decoration design and supplies are very high-end, clean and tidy. The room has a private hot spring pool, and there are large and small hot spring pools in the garden. The environment is very pleasant. It is the most surprising and satisfactory hotel I have stayed in. The external environment of the hotel is nothing to say, and the whole hotel is surrounded by a forest park. The service staff are also thoughtful, and I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Most rooms have hot springs, so each person can contract two or three hot springs in the public area. The pools are very clean. All 26 hot springs are open, and you can't take a bath in them. The room is new and clean. There are smart toilets, brand baths, Dyson sets, and capsule coffee machines. The breakfast is very rich, see the picture. You can have dinner in the restaurant, the taste is good, the set meal is cost-effective, and the dishes in the newly opened store are not many but enough. There are gyms, bookstores, and children's playgrounds. There are no bad points throughout the whole process. Almost every item meets the needs, and the service is also very good. Advantages: There are stools in the bathroom, which is very convenient for changing swimsuits; there are shoe cabinets and sofas at the entrance of the suite, which is also convenient for drinking tea and coffee. New straw slippers are available, and it is even better not to wear plastic slippers worn by others. Icing on the cake: more hand soap, a trash can next to the sink for throwing away face towels and tissues, the plastic bottles of bath products are a bit hard and not easy to squeeze out, especially the conditioner. I plan to book a villa next time, with family and friends.
