The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

The location of the Boli Yabu Hotel is very convenient. There are a lot of shops around.
Upon arrival we had a very warm welcome from the receptionist Xiao Yang. She helped us with the check-in and showed us the room. We also got a free upgrade to room with a nice view.
The room was very clean and comfortable. We got a free welcome snack and some fruits.
We would definitely recommend the hotel and book it again when returning to Xining.

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

It was my first time staying at the Sapphire Hotel. The hotel was easy to find and close to the train station. The hotel lobby was gorgeous. When checking in, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and quickly checked in. They also provided free room upgrades. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The room was booked on the 11th floor, which was really comfortable. The hotel was like a different world from the outside world. The heating was really good. A fruit plate was also given. The waitress sent it to the door of the room. The hotel is in a good location with beautiful surroundings. Parking is convenient. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk service is very good, especially the front desk staff Xiao Guo and Xiao Guan. The service is warm and gives people a warm feeling! Everyone is very polite and smiling. Anyway, it is bigger than the 400-a-night homestay in a small county next to Beijing. There is breakfast, and the staff are polite. It is not like a pigeon cage, and it is especially like a star hotel. It is high-end and upscale. I recommend staying here! By the way, the mineral water in the hotel is also delicious~

The overall experience of staying at Wanda Hotel is good. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was deeply attracted by its high-end environment and meticulous service. The hotel is very good and worthy of being under the Blue Ocean Group. Every service staff is very polite, especially Chen at the front desk. Because I placed the order too quickly, I forgot to order breakfast. Chen helped me find a way and sent me a breakfast. It is almost the peak season now, and the hotel is also taking over group tours; but I think their service attitude is very good and impartial, whether it is for individual travelers or groups, which is very good. No matter if there are guests who need to ask questions, they don't look impatient at all. This is really [strong][strong][strong], I will stay there again next time I have the chance.

Ssunjiao3The taxi driver said that the Silver Dragon Hotel is the most decent hotel in Xining.
The transportation is convenient. You can walk to Xiguan Street in just 2 minutes (and walk in another 5 minutes to get the Marsa Beef Offal, which has a long queue at 5 o'clock. Don't ask me how I know that). The view is excellent, if you can get a room facing the river. The service was excellent. Because I couldn't make it back in time to check out due to the trip to Kumbum Monastery, the front desk helped to add a delay for free. The takeout I bought didn't have tableware, and a lady at the front desk also tried to find out the tableware they had bought a lot of takeout before to help solve the problem. To truly think about travelers, you have to 👍🏻. The food is delicious and healthy. Breakfast includes milk and egg fermented glutinous rice, beef noodles, yak bone soup, all kinds of porridge, milk, coffee, soy milk, roasted pumpkin, corn, all kinds of Western pastries, ... the fried dough sticks are particularly crispy ... the food should be the best among all the hotels I have stayed in Currently ranked in the top three. The bathroom is decorated with great care and the materials are high-end. The toilet is a TOTO washlet, the shower head is a Grohe, and the slab in the cloakroom is also a marble slab. Free and unlimited supply of mineral water, which is much more generous than many hotels. Next time I come to Xining, I will probably stay here again.

MMarcieAmazing hotel with superb facilities. Best breakfast buffet we had anywhere in China. We used the pool, sauna, steam, gym, ping pong, and billiards facilities, and got nails done at the salon. Everything was great, and the staff was always super friendly. Likewise in the ******* cultural goods shop and at the concierge desk. All around excellent stay.

GGuest User環境特別好，比較夢幻，孩子特別喜歡。早餐也非常豐富。提一下建議，在我們因孩子小傷口有些感染撥打總枱電話詢問是否有碘伏時，前台人員衹是告訴我們沒有，附近沒有葯店，衹有一個小診所還估計關門了。由於是晚上，酒店位置比較偏，外賣也送不了。其實挺無助的。雖然幫不上忙，但是顧客需要葯品，酒店客服是否能詢問一下發生了什麼事情，需不需要幫助，這應該是人性化服務的標準。這點體會不好，小小的遺憾。
