幽靜世外桃源，很好的地方，安靜，星空很美，背山靠湖，員工也很好，門口租的電瓶車能爬山真**，帶娃越野很開心，對面藍莓莊園在造的網紅景點，火山地貌，疫情人少，浴缸配一次性套子會更貼心，總體玩的很開心。大堂那個自動購物機趕緊修，附近沒商店，酒都買不到心塞

週末孩子突然想去盱眙吃龍蝦，剛好不久前有朋友推薦天泉湖金陵山莊説環境優美，景色宜人，那就説走就走吧，酒店得知我們帶着小孩想入住湖景稍微好一點的房間後，大堂楊經理親自熱情接待並免費升級了豪華湖景套房，服務意識真的沒得説，入住後感覺酒店環境真心不錯。值得推薦！

圖一是我想訂的，實物是後面幾張，不知道是我訂錯了還是房間給錯了，房間不臨湖，這也算湖景房？床正對着洗手間。二期離主樓有段距離，有電瓶車接駁，樓下有少量車位可以停車，但沒人提前告知，因此，我把車停在了主樓，坐着電瓶車過來，再坐回去把車開過來了。
房間還算寬敞，因為是公寓房，沒什麼酒店的感覺，隔音不好，走廊聲音聽得很清楚，幸好人不多。大早上有人刷卡開我的門，嚇了一跳，還好最終沒刷開。
服務人員業務能力還需加強，離金陵的水準差的太遠。

這個酒店所在的天泉湖大概知道的人不多，儘管是那裡唯一一家酒店，我們是非週末和節假日去的，客人很少。不再重複那些對酒店的描述，談點感受：這裏的環境確實不錯，我們住了兩晚湖珀園的湖景房，晴天是山青水綠，雨天是雲霧飄渺，各有韻味。每天清晨都在婉轉動聽的鳥鳴聲中醒來，實在美妙。酒店裡那道長滿了綠草的山坡也很不錯，可惜的是沒有看到星空。早餐算豐盛的，個人覺得芝麻餅、饊子和糊辣湯有當地特色，好吃，服務員吳小姐很熱情，好評。當然也有遺憾之處，比如客房的窗户玻璃有些臟，影響觀景；大概是因為客人少，康體中心都沒開。另外晚上免費送粥到房間裏，也是第一次遇到。不過瑕不掩瑜，這家酒店值得推薦。

就這麼説吧！白瞎了這個酒店總體投資，咱也不知道是老闆稀裏糊塗不懂風水，還是沒遇到好人，房間總體壓氣，衞生太不好了房間，你看看那個陽台，玻璃，我就不信各位酒店經濟能不能用點心，把眼睛睜大好好看看衞生，吃個早飯你看看有個別服務員太不專業對待顧客，兩個死眼睛，就看你吃多少，沒有表情，缺少專業性

從網上覓得的一處絕佳週末休憩的養生之處，山清水秀，空氣清新，呼吸都透着沁人心脾的感覺。酒店由分散的區域形成，大堂所在的樓裝修十分有格調，早餐十分豐富，中餐廳的菜很有地方特色，魚頭湯味道鮮美。房間也不錯，前台還主動升了級。但要吐槽一下：四號樓的電梯運行當中偶爾哐當一下，噪音很大，感覺不好，也是難得在這種檔次的酒店看到，不銹鋼表面凹凸不平且有銹跡污漬。房間隔音不行，隔壁小孩哭鬧就像在自己房間，電梯旁的設備間低頻噪聲讓人聽了很難受。

環境：酒店處在山湖之間，非常僻靜優美；湖光山色絕對沒得説，空山新雨後更是美輪美奐，讓人感到無比靜心！
衞生：衞生需要提升，客房公區的地毯和電梯都欠缺維護的感覺讓人看起來覺得老舊，早餐廳的桌布也有點污漬，而且桌墊是一張售房廣告紙！🤔
服務：服務中規中矩，到的很晚已經晚上十一點半，而且下大雨，接駁司機因為接駁車在沖電所以指路讓我們開車去客房，這裏佔地很大，但是沿着地上的不同顏色的線去不同樓棟還是很好找的
設施：房間的設施很像是公寓，確實是按照售房的標準建設的，湖景很好，而且房間巨大，如果這麼大面積再添置一個浴缸就好了，不過公寓一般不會這麼設計就是。
重點要説的是這裏電車友好度一般，我搜了南京能瑞的快充樁過來，五個都是不營業的，有三個在坡子底下靠近網紅湖心亭，直接是壞的沒電，酒店大堂入口停車場處右手邊的兩個是暫停營業。還好客房樓棟的停車場有慢沖樁，數量五六個的樣子，電價1.26，關鍵是充的巨慢是7kw的，晚上過來預約充電是最好的，而且超時回收取佔位費，地圖上都沒有標記這個地點，我幫大家高德上添加了小麥電站的相關訊息，白天來沖除非車子暫時不用了可以考慮。
整體來説體驗還不錯，值得推薦，外部景色勝過內部的管理

已經第三次入住啦，每次來盱眙基本都住天泉湖，環境美，這次住的親子房，房間很乾凈，大床和上下鋪，孩子們開心極了，湖景超讚，適合放鬆心情，孩子們也超喜歡，服務枱小劉和小張態度很好哦，貼心給多送了一份水果。
