不能是不好，就是太舊了，整個酒店的設施都太陳舊了，空調都不制熱了，酒店的服務很好，停車很方便。和前台聊天得知今天準備翻新，改造後環境和設施會得到極大的改善。購買的是含早點，最後搞的我崩潰，等了半個小時2個得到2片麪包和15個餃子，最後還是出去吃的。知道是春節期間不好搞，就不要標註有早餐。

服務很差勁！！！不要來這家店。車就停在如家酒店內部停車場監控底下，左後視鏡旁三角板被生生撬開然後用雙面膠粘上黑紙板，監控是擺設，看不清安裝了幹什麼用？然後酒店一推二五六。負責人在明知我在外地不方便的情況下，先問我近期去不去徐州，在收到否定答覆後建議我到徐州報警處理。你們如家酒店在搞笑吧？為了這點塑料板再去徐州報警處理？如家酒店，我花了錢停在你們停車場你們一點責任不想負，不想解決問題，衹想責任全推光，然後指責我沒有第一時間發現，就這麼處理事情吧！

真是差到極致了，衞生間連個門都沒有，半夜衞生間還滴水，房間燈太暗了連一個亮的燈都沒有，前台一個男的説我老公是我姐的兒子，我姐和我老公都是28歲，真是懷疑是啥眼神。上班前也不培訓？不會説話也可以不説話的。差評
