🧹衞生那叫一個乾淨啊，是我住的所有酒店最乾淨的一個，一點浮灰都沒有，連衞生間的死角都乾乾淨淨。被套被單也沒有異味，一看就很新。
🍃環境：對面就是著名的中國礦業大學，站在窗户旁就能看到學校大門。我閨女以後的大學目標，哈哈哈。兩面環山，空氣很清新。。
🔔服務：前台小哥很熱情，熱情的給我指路。而且我閨女想看電視，夜市熱情的給我們去調電視。
價格很實惠，我閨女真是太喜歡了，説想在住幾天再走，住的超級舒服。這是我們去徐州旅遊的兩天感覺最滿意的地方，不多説了，上圖。

房間很整齊乾淨衞生，各種設施也齊全，水電暖都很好，關鍵是前台非常熱情。還有就是離礦大南門非常近，從窗户裏就可以看到南門，過來看孩子居住是非常適合的旅店。

房間不錯，但最好的應該是前台服務了，真的有種學校宿管阿姨的感覺，有問題可以及時解決，很親切，住的還是很開心，就是房間隔音一般。

距離中國礦業大學南湖校區一路之隔，距離產業技術研究院不到500米，適合到附近辦事時居住，房間寬敞，設施還算乾淨齊全，美中不足的是沒有早餐供應，樓下附近可以解決。

無論是設施還是衞生還是環境還是服務都比附近的某季要好，雖然價格相差甚遠但是大學府酒店的待客之道讓人如沐春風。酒店雖然衹有一層但是環境很好，陽面可以看到兩個學校，陰面正對礦大南門，風景無限好，每天來打掃衞生的阿姨也十分負責，衹要沒有掛免打擾一定會來全面打掃房間，掃拖一體並清理衞生間，前台姐姐也十分熱情，下次來還住！酒店房間的照片因為更換手機衹留下了一張在酒店拍的風景和走廊照片。
