酒店位置很好，交通便利，出了門就是公交站，距離地鐵站也不遠，出行方便，門口也有停車位，大廳簡潔大氣，禪茶香氛味道好聞，有輕音樂，很放鬆，辦理入住前台美女態度非常好，紅茶也非常不錯，服務周到，專業，房間採光好，明亮，安靜，衞生很乾凈，床墊很舒服，出水快，水温好，網速快，辦公方便，還有智能的小愛音響控制窗簾空調，解放雙手非常方便，洗衣機和烘乾機我覺得特別好用，洗衣服特乾淨，早餐豐富，白粥好喝，還有手工小餛飩，特別香，遇到工作人員都會主動打招呼，很親切，退房後遺留物品也會主動打電話告知，來徐州住了好多次了，強力推薦。

從來沒有住過這麼差的全季！！！！
1. 隔音特別特別特別差 小孩子叫 外面馬路公交車 隔壁唱歌 完全休息不好
2. 毛巾又舊又硬 寫着2022年開業 很明顯是重修裝修的 毛巾還是老酒店沒換的
3. 阿姨打掃拖地完房間都是臭的 因為拖把就是臭的 很離譜
4. 入住第一天晚上沒紙巾了讓送 結果一晚上沒送
5. 竟然是跟什麼宴請搞在一起的 特別亂 外面車亂停 裏面人亂哄哄的 電梯又小又破 我還以為自己住小縣城了
總之 價格真的偏貴很多 但體驗非常差

房間整潔衞生，前台增加了被子，客房服務看到家庭入住還給加了好幾瓶飲用水。入住地點出行方便，來徐州推薦住這一家全季。

帶孩子去歐樂堡玩選的這家全季，距離歐樂堡十幾分鐘的車程，去其他玩的地方也都不遠，帶孩子主要就是要求酒店乾淨衞生，這一點全季還是不錯的，這次就是衣架上面有點浮塵～酒店前台工作人員看到有小朋友，還送了小童拖鞋和牙刷，很細心了～退房的時候送了我們四瓶水和印有徐州的帆布袋，也算是徐州遊的紀念了～
