房間不説了就那麼回事兒賓館還能住成什麼樣的！
最讓人無語的是，保潔工作人員，未經允許自己就刷卡進門，還發生兩次。
第一次，房裡沒有衞生紙，保潔人員來送紙，我當時躺在床上，保潔人員敲了一下門，我正準備下床開門，直接就拿門禁卡自己開門進來放紙，我整個大無語。
第二次，第二天早上收拾行李，保潔人員過來敲了一下門，我問誰，保潔人員又直接拿門禁卡進來，問今天還住不住？就這麼隨意嗎？跟再自己家一樣？
我知道我住的是賓館，不能要求太高，服務人員未經允許不能隨便進有人住的房間，這不是基礎嗎？
這樣是屋裡沒人，有人這樣隨便進進出出，想想都可怕！

首先奉勸大家千萬不要住這家。我是攜程老用户了，住了n多次賓館了，這家賓館可以説是垃圾中的戰鬥機，無人能及，價格貴不説，衞生差、房間隔音差，一晚上凈聽大車開過的聲音，整晚吵得睡不着，服務員**哄哄，早點差、停車費22元一晚，停車場老大爺非要停車票，事先給前台報車號都不行，沒有票不讓走，交費才讓走，最終還是去前台要了票才解決，前台和老大爺的行為讓我再不想來陝北了，本來衹是路過陝北住一晚。

酒店位於延安市中心，離寶塔山很近，步行10分鐘左右，離王家坪、楊家嶺、棗園自駕大約20分鐘左右，酒店環境乾淨整潔、服務很好。

房間大、設備齊全，中央空調給力，工作人員服務態度非常好，衞生乾淨，位於道路邊，大門口前寬暢，停車位很多，是獨立的停車場。

晚上住進去時，衞生間水還沒幹，洗完澡發現吹風機是壞的，打電話讓換一個 前台上來看了一下説找個人修一下，最後也是不了了之 也沒換也沒有人修，隔音很差，早上6點多就有人大聲的説話聊天也沒人管，早飯一般，8點多去饅頭都是涼的

一個月前攜程定的房間，三個雙標房，到達後前台告訴我們，雙標衹有一間，最後給換了一個大床房，一個套間。房間衞生還行，早餐還不錯。衹是停車場距離酒店大約一百米，有點遠。
