The room was not cleaned and air conditioning is noisy. For the rest is quite ok. Dinner at the restaurant is way too expensive.

酒店位於高新區，離開市區有一定距離。酒店房間很大，因為是親子房，擺放了很多小朋友的用品，很貼心。房間打掃得也很乾凈，各個崗位的服務人員態度都很好。
進房就送來了乾果和水果，贈送的下午茶也不錯。晚上還有晚安點心，早餐也很豐富。
酒店有地上和地下兩個停車場，停車位充裕。同時酒店也是寵物友好酒店，寵物進房間需要付款200元清潔費。

來鹽城旅遊住了兩家酒店都很滿意。這家價格真的很實惠，五一期間五百不到有下午茶，還送了茶具和u型枕，服務員態度都很好，孩子快1米4了，還送了一份早飯。基本有求必應。缺點就是位置確實有點偏，前後都沒有什麼吃的。但是打車還是很方便的。非常愉快的一次體驗！

用了攜程那麼多年，第一次差評也真的是沒想到用在了這個酒店上。家庭旅遊去過全國那麼多酒店入住，第一次讓我氣憤到馬上寫差評！
1.我們是帶寶寶入住的，考慮到寶寶吃飯問題，特意選擇了可以送餐到房的酒店。辦理入住的時候，也特意諮詢了前台人員，是否可以點餐送到房間，告訴我們是完全可以的。入住之後，帶着孩子到二樓餐廳點餐，被告知未來幾天都不能點餐了，原因是婚宴多，廚師沒有時間給我們做！！！！讓我們點外賣！！！既然做不到的事情為什麼又要拿這個當噱頭來宣傳呢？？？我們離開酒店的時候，正好碰上一對年輕的夫婦帶着寶寶入住，前台又介紹説可以送餐到房間！太好笑了～～這就是所謂五星級酒店的服務？胡謅亂道！
2.下午帶寶寶回酒店睡午覺。大概三點左右，打掃衞生的阿姨敲門+按門鈴。我們火速起身，想到門口去告訴阿姨不用打掃了。誰知道幾秒鐘的時間，阿姨就打開了門，推門而入。因為酒店房型問題，推開門就能看見床，一看無餘。我對象剛洗完澡還沒來得及穿衣服，就被阿姨推看門看到了。一點點私隱都沒有！！！！！！要不是因為孩子睡了，不想大聲喧嘩，真的想爆國粹了！！！！！阿姨從敲門到拿房卡開門，幾秒鐘的時間。難道沒有一點素質嗎？不知道先考慮房間裏面有沒有人？？？？就問誰敢安心入住這種酒店？？？？
3.早餐用餐地方，出現了蟲子亂爬現象。想衞生才住大酒店，沒想到用餐的地方，居然還有蟲子肆無忌憚的溜達，可見衞生安全問題。為什麼沒有給蟲子拍照呢，因為看見蟲子第一時間就是抱起寶寶，讓寶寶遠離地上溜達的蟲子。
4.隔音極差極差極差。隔壁説話一清二楚。
差評給定了，無論酒店如何回覆，我衹想説，公道自在人心，我衹説出了我的真實體驗！

入住時間是8.8晚，是我在鹽城住這麼多次，最讓生氣以及驚恐的一次入住體驗了，睡到早上十點，突然有個男的，拿着房卡把我房間門打開了，然後就把門敞開，我跟女朋友是被嚇醒的，我倆都衹穿着貼身衣服睡覺的，那個男的開了門人就跑了，太嚇人了！也得虧我被開門聲嚇醒了，如果沒醒門就那麼一直敞開着，我的人身和財產安全都沒有保障。然後上來一個什麼客房經理，問我對這件事有什麼訴求，搞得我像是在訛人。然後又組團上來一個前廳經理，表示要給我退款，還讓我取消訂單，是怕我差評麼。臨退房給塞了一張三個月內的免費一次入住卡，請貴酒店放心，這個便宜我是不會佔的，如此的管理，我是沒膽子再去貴店入住了。再見，永不再見！各位慎選

偌大的酒店沒有機器人送外賣到房間，打電話讓前台幫忙送下，前台回覆現在忙。30分鐘後姍姍來遲。攜程上預訂顯示有個盲盒，退房時也沒人提及。後來還是走後電話前台問是不是有盲盒，前台答覆是你退房走得太快。盲盒無所謂，這服務……差極了！
