酒店環境和服務都很好，從高速下來經過酒店指示牌後將近3公里的路修的很美，第一印象很好，但也意味着周邊外賣服務是接近零，想要叫外賣的朋友要有心理準備。不過酒店本身餐廳出品還可以，24小時自動販賣機也有泡麪、啤酒、零食、飲料等出售。需要贊一下的是：酒店送的歡迎水果非常出色！
美中不足是：五一假期的接待能力稍有不足，自助早餐的餐食幾乎是秒空。小童玩樂設施也缺少維護。
在非節假日的體驗應該會更好。

設施：缺少一個洗衣房，因為一般住泳池除了年輕人，我想都是親子家庭，不太適合長住，周邊沒有其他設施設備，外賣也進不來。如果帶孩子，就要自備零食，
衞生：泳池的水不算乾淨，感覺有點臟，
環境：還行吧。我去的時候下大雨，
服務：可能送東西的時間會比較久，衣架都不多個，
早餐品種不多，

酒店坐落在漠陽河邊，空氣清新，環境幽雅；房間設施齊全，床品舒服。可是，如果你是想要一個安靜的環境度假，這裏就不適合。因為，房間門窗的隔音效果很差，走道的大人説話聲、小朋友的打鬧聲和水流聲，從早到晚真的很嘈雜；WiFi的信號差；此外，春節的房價是日常的倍數，我們住了兩晚，但無論是早餐和98元的自助晚餐的質量、品類完全沒有性價比，不會再來。

地點處於較為郊區地方，屬於房產式別墅買賣租借別墅，來到靜靜的度假確是一流！但周邊配套較少。
威尼斯水道泳池又大又長，可惜天氣太凍，冇辦法下水，相信夏天旅遊確是不錯，酒店溫泉太細，只有三四個池，好在房間戶外有個私家溫泉可以享受。溫泉係真溫泉，浸完皮膚滑滑的。
酒店設施，最想不到係酒店係沒有請勿打擾按鈕，早上9:30就被工作人員叫醒執房，沒有這個按鈕實在太失策！

房間滿意，服務很好，但是水道是常温的，衹適宜夏天，冬天就算了。公共温泉池衹有十個左右。燈光節很好看。自助早餐不錯，晚餐性價比高，份量足。

房間較小，濕度大，私密性差，但空氣清新，周邊環境較優美，江邊景色怡人，温泉水質清澈，温度高，泡得舒服，早餐出品令人驚喜，中餐館的服務及出品和環境可圈可點，價格非常親民實惠，味道不錯。點贊。

酒店很新，可能季節的原因，人不多，泡温泉很爽，客房還有泡池，很方便，外面有拓展空間，適合團體親子遊玩，漠江河的風景也很美，歡迎水果很貼心。若是客房再大一點，或給多一張椅子放行李就好了，行李箱衹能放在地上。

趕在寒假前端出行回家 不經意的選擇 剛好碰上了有燈光秀 飯後散步看燈展 回來去温泉泡池區解乏 服務人員熱情周到 雖然早起了 但餐廳早餐豐富 偶然路上的一次選擇 但後續還會再來 因為沒體驗到夏天泳道的魅力 應該夏天會更好玩些
